Very rude customer service. Products are good but the parking situation is miserable and the staff treated me horribly.

Muy mala atención tanto de los cajeros como costumer service no lo recomiendo por la mala actitud de su personal de trabajo (vanesa) pésima atención y también su costumer service nunca pensé que una compañía america tuviera tan mala atención al cliente read more

This Costco location is always very clean and very organized. the items your shopping for are always available and the employee's are helpful and nice. the best part is that there's free simples all over the store to try. which is good because you taste different items and products you never had before. the check out lines are long but you'll be out in no time. the only negative I could find is that the parking lot is always packed. read more

I like to go to Costco s lot even 8f it's just to check the new things or just walk on a/c, though I always end up buying stuff. Ha ha ha I like that I can buy pizza by the slice and not the whole pie. read more

Omg! This Costco has freshly made/baked bread from scratch! If you look closely, you can see the employees actually making the dough on site. I haven't seen this at any other Costco so you guys living in Kendall are lucky. I like going to this Costco more than the Doral location because they have a gas station here at the Kendall! AVOID the weekends if you can. Like many here on yelp have noted, it gets very crowded. If you do brave the weekend crowd, mind your Ps and Qs and bring a healthy dose of patience. Remember Costcos of the 90s? Samples were aplenty. Nowadays, those sample ladies are so slow and stingy. I think it's their policy. They often wait until a customer is waiting in front of them to start preparing the samples. And they often prep a few samples at a time. "You're welcome" is also a rare treat when I hear it after thanking them for a sample. Otherwise, Costco is great. If you have the time on a weekday check out all the aisles because there's always a new product to be found. This week's find was Red Lobster biscuit mix. How fun is that? The mix is unhealthy as expected, but it made great biscuits. I could survive on just Costco foods, but I like to keep an eye on prices and sometimes the grocery store has better deals. The overall quality of the meat and seafood section is pretty good and how can you beat $5 rotisserie chicken? They only take cash, debit cards, or Amex. Beware of discounts on produce. I got six hass avocados for $4.99 and half of them went in the trash. It didn't help that the cashier threw my avocados into the metal cart after scanning them. Ideally the avocados would be from California and Mexico (seem to stay in good condition). Oddly, the avocados from Peru seem to be the worst :( 4 passport photos are only $5.34 including tax.from the photo department . The eyeglass department also has really great prices on frames, lenses, as well as eye exams. Parking seems more spacious than Doral too. read more

Costco - Six avocados $4.99. Price dropped by a dollar, now I know why. Half were good, half went in the trash. - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Miami, Florida

I hate this Costco. Rudest staff I've encountered at a Costco, let alone the ridiculousness of not having good access to boxes for your items. If they have them out, the location is different every time. But literally 75% of the time, they aren't out. I've never had this at a Costco. I dread coming here and always put it off for as long as possible. Can't wait until we move more north and can go to a different one! read more

The young girl Alexia they have working the self checkout is extremely rude and double scanned almost 4 of our big items. She was mouthy and had a horrible attitude when it was brought to her attention. read more

The man who waited on me for a return did not give me the time of day. He was talking to someone else the entire time and didn't even acknowledge I was there. There same thing happened with the long blonde hair female cashier. She spoke the entire time in Spanish to someone else. Sad. read more

Zero stars for Next business day delivery. 5 stars for providing credit. The florist Costco uses for the zip code 33157 Palmetto Bay FL area, gets zero stars. Flowers looked nothing like the bouquet ad pic. Recommend getting same day delivery, shopper gets flowers straight from Costco, and delivers. Image, Costco advertisement vs. delivery. Stopped while in the area to fill up and as good as Costco is, that expectation extended to this location. Friendly and calm staff even during the hurricane issue that was going on at the time of service. Though the lines were long, the staff definitely kept it as organized as they could! Costco and I have kind of a love-hate relationship. Products are usually good, prices are usually good, gas is cheap... But I is always so full of people that... I think last week was the first time in quite a few years that I've actually been back inside a Costco. Got a new card, which I had not had since who knows when... maybe 2008? (I have gone as other members' companion I I just hadn't bothered to get mine back) Now I'm back in... the first shopping experience was, again, a bit overwhelmed with the quantity of people, but quality seems to still be good, as are the prices. I couldn't, however, get gas that day, because there were way to many cars in line. read more

My wife and I love Costco. She asked for the executive membership for her birthday actually !!

Worst experience today!!! People were crazy but the staff was worse! To top it all off I had to COOK the famous rotisserie chicken because it was still raw on the inside! Yuck man #saynotoblodychicken! read more

So sick of the parking lot here! People parking on the sidewalk with their hazards on or double parked on the end of the aisle in the road. Who makes these people think they are so special they can do this! This is not a 3rd world country. We have rules for a reason, the safety of all. read more

Location was a bit farther than anticipated coming from Brickell or Coconut Grove area, but they definitely didn't disappoint. I still strongly recommend the Wild caught fish selections here. This location really had it this time however it was a bit misleading to see online they said they had "wild" salmon in bulk but when you get there to see if they offer it in smaller quantities they do not have it. A bummer for sure as if you can find the Salmon "wild" its totally epic. However the Cod is a close runner up. Overall great spot, really clean and typical weekend rush, would return for sure. read more

Costco should be rebranded as Costyoumoney haha. I know I'm getting wholesale prices, and per item, I'm definitely getting a better deal than say Publix or Winn-Dixie. But my god, every time I come here, my bill is easily over $75 or $100. You get me every time, Costco. But it's so worth it! I used to sneak in with my parents' membership (and would get in trouble #^^#), so about 2 or 3 years ago I started paying money to actually have my own membership. I love coming here for different things, but especially: + paper goods (TP, paper towels, even nice plastic dinnerware and flatware! ...that's not paper, but you know what I mean) + rotisserie chicken breast that they've already pulled apart!! This is better than their rotisserie chicken breast. It's PULLED APART. And lasts me at least a week. Can we say Sunday meal plan? + produce: yasss fruits and veggies; I love the awesome pricing for the volume I get. And I can eat my weight in veggies and fruits :D so it's worth it for me + their Asian kale salad thing: this is something my mama turned me onto. And it is a yummmmy salad. + they also sell opti nutrition's gold standard 100% whey protein. If you don't mind basic flavors, they usually carry this at a good price in vanilla, chocolate and sometimes banana. :) + samples. Who does not stop in here and try at least ONE sample??? This appeals to all parts of my Chinese upbringing Ok so yeah. Love Costco! read more

Pros: finally have some Organic selections! Great products and the Kirkland branded stuff is the BEST! Also their Gas is the cheapest in the neighborhood! Hit dogs are the Cons: SELF CHECKOUT should be 5/10 items or less but in Kendall means 'I think i can process my whole cart filled to the brim by myself'. read more

This Costco is a zoo. Parking is awful, lines are long no matter what day you go. It's like Christmas at Walmart. Gas is higher than BJ's. Pricey too- 5-6 items will be around $100. Tire center- horrible, staff is tired and rushing to get job done and go home or on break. Last time I purchased Michelin tires for my car there I was told they would not rotate because I was 200 miles before my before it was due and if they did do it, then they would cancel my warranty. Another time I pointed tire had a small slash and when I asked tech if that was safe he said yeah should not be an issue. I realized he was getting ready to go on lunch break. Was he right?! NO! A month later my tire exploded and I had to tow my car to them and had them replace it. Manager asked me which tech has said no for whatever reason he said that he should never allowed me to drive my car that day. Staff is not courteous, a bit arrogant and they act like they are doing you a favor. It's either time to hire new blood at this place or have a manager present to witness this type of behavior. I now go to BJ's is closer, cheaper and less lines. I get my gas, booz and with $150 I have a full cart of groceries. They double coupon too you can use their store coupon and manufacturing coupons at the same time. They had a groupon special where you only paid $30 for membership and also gave me $25 gift card. Great customer service. For Costco I now drive to Miami Lakes. A little further, but better customer service. read more

What can I say about this place. It's great. I love how they are always moving the inventory around in featuring new products. You can tell the employees really hustle and care. This is not the first that I come from Costco and the fruit is rotten, be aware of the produce that you buy , and the traffic is so bad and the distance also that is not worth it to return, this is a lack of quality and disrespect for the customer, also the cashier insists in you to upgrade for the expensive membership that cost 120 dollars read more

It's costco. If you shop here or in canada they are the same. I think they are in need of another location we were smashed into a few times kids and adults I felt like we were in a sardine can it was so packed ... it didn't stop us from spending 600$ I also sat and watched an old man with a jar or cashews and then put it back on the shelf... I'm pretty sure he realized I was going to tell so he came back for that container and another...I will try and find a different one next time. When we were exiting we were in a line of atlas 30 people and only one staff member checking receipts. Me not impressed read more

The customer service is TRULY TERRIBLE! As we walk up to return an item, there are three women having coffee just chatting and a fourth woman helping customers further down. The three that are talking don't even look at us. They just continue talking and drinking their cafecitos. Then the girl who is not working for the desk walks away. The second one who's behind the desk (Brianna) walks away, and the third one behind the desk (Sandra) glances at us and walks away. No smile. No acknowledgement. Costco I thought you pride yourself in customer service! Dreadful Experience! read more

I recently became a member through a groupon special. This location is huge and seems to be very busy but it manages to remain clean and organized. I love their selection of organic products that I normally order from Amazon and surprisingly enough they're much cheaper at Costco! They have an extensive assortment of meats, fruits, and baked goods. You can find reasonably priced tires here, too. I can't wait to go back and be able to spend some more time through each aisle. The only drawback was that the lines were long even though all registers were open. Also, the line to exit was very long. The door greeter checks each receipt and he seemed to do his job very thoroughly! However, every employee we came across was very polite. We had a great shopping experience. read more

The lines in membership customer service are endless and reach all around outside of costco. The merchandise return lady who's there is moving WAY faster. Im pregnant and theres also elderly people in this line and it hasnt moved at all in 15mins. I went up to see what was wrong and the employees are chatting with customers about random stuff that has nothing to do with membership or anything. Only 2 people up there! Whats wrong costco? Are you understaffed or management is weak? Wow! This is the last year we renew Costco, this isnt worth it. Overcrowded and rude employees, nobody has any ethic into keeping things sped up for the endless lines out here. We havent even gotten in to do shopping, this is insane. read more

I can't believe Costco is still doing special senior only hours in 2021. We have the vaccine being distributed now and the crazy lines are gone yet they keep this rule which seems to upset a lot of customers that want to shop early but are not allowed unless they are senior citizens. No other company is doing this in 2021 that I know of. read more

I love Costco! Shopping here is a must for many things. I buy the snacks for my daughters lunch and my granola bars from Costco. We also buy things we didn't necessarily come for like clothes, towels, plants, and food! Lol. We buy our paper towels, toilet paper, wipes, diapers, and cleaning products from Costco. It's fantastic. These are things you can use in large quantities because you go through them quickly. The food is great quality. The fruits and meat are fantastic. We also buy our milk here. We buy our pets food here too. We enjoy eating here sometimes when we come to shop. A hot dog and a drink are $1.50! You can't go wrong with that. The pizza is delicious! The chicken bake is my hubby's favorite. Even my picky kiddo likes it. I also like their ceasar salad. It's a big portion and it's always fresh. The best thing you can get at Costco believe it or not is their gas. It's 20 cents cheaper per gallon at Costco in comparison to the gas station at the corner of my house! We always gas up here. You should too (membership required). read more

Costco - Cart full of fun - Wholesale Stores Near Me - Miami, Florida

We went on the week before Christmas and on the weekend of Christmas. - The week of Christmas it wasn't as crazy as I thought it would be. The selection is huge and the prices are great. - The week of Christmas the people were crazy. Pushing and going everywhere with their carts, especially over by the produce and fruit section. We needed police to help calm the traffic. Pros: Great selection Prices are fair Check out is quick Cons: People don't know how to act They don't have the products I care for like, mascarpone, swerve sugar or sugar free bacon Feedback: Perhaps it's wise to have traffic control personnel in the areas of high traffic during holiday season. Typical Miami, even Costco has traffic. read more

I agree with Victor R. regarding the overlap of high risk seniors with high exposure first responders. I was standing in the over 60 line for 60 minutes since 6:30 am one day and had the same thought as I saw the ones that were identified as first responders going in (not to mention the Instacart people which are a separate issue). If Costco thoroughly cleans the store and allows the seniors who are expected to be more likely to self-quarantine to shop first it is all for naught if you allow people who run the risk of exposure and therefore contamination to use the freshly cleaned/sterilized store first. Give first responders and Instacart people their own days or hours. read more

Love me some Costco! They have everything, and things you can buy in bulk you really save a lot in the long run. Really great deals on a lot of different things all the time. From books to wine to clothes to electronics and furniture. Prefer Costco over bj's majorly. Just overall better store. Better service, better deals. Even the gas is cheaper. Sure sometimes there are long lines and it gets really busy on weekends. But worth it if you have the time. They even have a liquor store adjacent that also has really good deals, especially if you need a lot of liquor for a party or something. My favorite parts has to be the ready made food. Can't beat the price of a hotdog and soda here or a slice of pizza. But my favorite is the chicken bake. Need a quick little snack after getting lost for hours of shopping. Perfect end to the perfect trip to Costco, is a nice little hot meal before you leave. I recommend everyone get a membership here. You will not regret it. read more

Update: 2020 Total COVID-19 failure Costco has set aside store hours to allow seniors and other high risk customers to shop without being exposed to the general public. An excellent idea! Right up until some genius decided to overlap senior hours with special hours for first responders. So now they are inviting high risk customers to rub shoulders with high exposure customers. We saw a couple of macho police officers wandering the aisles with no protective equipment whatsoever (guess it's uncool) while everybody else was wearing mask and gloves. The staff assigned to sanitizing surfaces started with enthusiasm which has since waned. The woman cleaning cart handles was randomly spraying and dabbing with a rag. The two women cleaning the freezer door handles were only wiping the cosmetic fronts of the handles, not the back that actually gets touched. The employee in the bakery, as others, had lowered her mask to leave her nose uncovered. The fellow putting bread bags into double bags was not wearing gloves. Employees in general appear disgruntled, which is quite remarkable for people who have jobs and income when a significant portion of the country does not. Original Review: Costco sells packaged food and prepares food in the butcher shop, bakery, restaurant and sample stations. How is this compatible with unwashed, mangy mutts roaming the aisles? On my last visit I counted three dogs. Two on leashes, one on an arm. All were dirty and had no indication of being documented service animals. The one on the arm was almost in licking distance of the sample trays. I was told that the staff can ask if it is a service animal. If the answer is "yes", then the dog is in with no proof or evidence. PC has gone too far. This is an unacceptable way to run a food service business. Many stores offer picking and delivery options. There is no excuse for these animals being in the aisles of Costco. read more

Martha, BLONDE LADY, APPROXIMATELY LATE 50'S, at the front entrance has absolutely NO respect for elderly people. Martha was NOT KIND NOR RESPECTFUL when my dad, an 87 year old man, asked her to direct him to where the restroom was. My father kindly asked her TWO times, to which she did NOT acknowledge him because she was joking around with two men, she was so involved in her joking with them that she didn't even check my membership card upon entering, let alone acknowledge an elderly man asking where the restroom was. So my father GENTLY tapped her on the arm once again and excused himself for the bother and interruption, and proceeded to ask again, to which she finally and loudly responded..., "DON'T TOUCH ME! BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO DO THIS!!" then proceeded to SPRAY her arm,(while wearing a long sleeve shirt) with a bottle of alcohol she had on her counter next to where she was standing! She obviously and Intentionally wanted to make my 87 year old father feel bad for tapping her on the arm, instead of excusing herself for neglecting him in the first place. How dare a customer service employee, especially a greeter, disrespect an elderly man in this manner. He was out just for the day, trying to enjoy the day after a week of being home for several days straight, and then to be treated so horribly in this disrespectful manner by MARTHA at COSTCO was just unacceptable customer service!! I went back to Martha, after showing my dad where the restroom was, i went back to the entrance and told her immediately, "How dare you treat elderly people this way, and that she needed to learn to respect, have more patience and compassion with elderly people!" Also told her she ruined the ending to a very much needed and nicely planned day out for my father! So much for being an executive member at Costco! COSTCO needs to RETRAIN Martha in Customer Service 101 and include how to RESPECT THE ELDERLY!! read more

NOT following COVID guidelines, period. Not enforcing social distancing. Employees take their masks off to keep their noses out. Customers walking around the same way too, without anyone caring or telling them anything (even though they have signs all over the place showing you the two correct and allowed ways to wear a mask).
