I bought tires from this place and had to order them in. Not a big deal unless the only way I know if they are in is by driving myself down there and waiting 10 plus minutes for someone to meet me at the desk. On top of this once I got my tires installed on my car , they gave me my car keys back DAMAGED! (Back of keys separate from the main remote) When I confronted them about it the answer given to me was "I don't know I only pressed the buttons on it." I mean it looked like they had thrown my keys against the wall. If I didn't get a good deal on the tires my review would be 1 star.

Very discombobulated merchandise that is literally thrown all in these bins for cheap prices. It felt almost like dumpster diving. Some things were opened. Good luck finding shoe with matching pairs. Another associate showed me on my phone how to find my items. I asked him do I just go get them or do I need the paper like normal? He told me to go get them and when I come back up to give them the invoice number and they would get me checked out. I did this but before I was even out of the aisle when I was done, Paige was yelling at me because I went down "her" aisle in "her" store without a sale print out. I tried to explain to her that another associate told me to do that. She didn't want to hear it. She was very unprofessional and belittling. My granddaughter even asked why that lady was yelling at me. Everytime I tried to explain she just kept interupting and telling me policy. I understand that. I asked her if she would ask the other associate to come up so he could tell her. No she wouldn't do that. I asked if I could speak to her manager, no she said I couldn't and would not give me the information. I have spent thousands at that store and have been doing the auctions since they started. I could understand being treated like I was if I stole something or broke something but I literally did what I was told. She reprimanded me like I did something wrong. I tried to explain and stand up for myself and I was told she was going to blacklist me for it, which she did after I told her to do what she felt she needed to do. I understand policy. I understand the need to follow it. There is a way to treat customers and a way not to, especially when your associate directed them wrong. Reprimanding, yelling and chastising them in front of their family and the entire store is not it.

In my opinion, there are 2 things that standout about Costco. First, is the quality of their merchandise. With limited exceptions, I always feel that I get excellent value from my Costco purchases, including bigger ticket items like furniture and tires. Second, the customer service is as good as it gets. Costco has some great deals and prices, but the thing I don't like is that sometimes the sizes are more than I can use. I also run into the problem of what I bought they last week isn't stocked there this week. I used to buy all my jeans there, but for the last couple of months they have only stocked short lengths instead of average or longs so I have had to go elsewhere for pants. read more

Deciding to do a review here after shopping for a consistent 3-4 months for groceries. I wanted to…read moreget a good feel for it. I did not grow up shopping at target weekly so it is definitely a different experience than walmart. First of all, this target is clean!!! There are not random items laying around, nothing on the floor, and good organization overall. I like this target because they have a lot of clearance items on food/pastries/hygiene/cleaning products. The clearance signs are easy to find and include good everyday products. The app doesn't always align with the price given, so i appreciate the price scanners located in the store. I do not interact with a ton of the employees because I usually do self checkout but the employees at self checkout are always kind. They have a lot of workers!! Sometimes there is a worker on almost every aisle restocking things. The prices are reasonable, especially with the app. I find that my grocery bills are cheaper here than other stores for sure.

One place that will always dominate any neighborhood besides that other depressing behemoth store…read moreis Target. A huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. This brings me to Target in Overland Park. Located in a safe and extremely close to most major roads and the interstate, almost anything you need since it's a Super Target. They do have a few employees walking around however you might have to hunt a bit to get them. However once you do, they're extremely willing to assist and friendly. Finally the place is always clean and well stocked with inventory so that's a huge bonus. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. If you're shopping for clothing, they do a pretty good job of maintaining many different sizes and keeping the clothes in their proper racks. Many other stores you can find the clothes just thrown about. The seasonal selection is decent but runs out pretty quick as they like to get the items in early, then restock only a few times, allowing it to run out well before the holiday. As for the food, it has what one has come to expect from Target, average products at a low cost however when it comes to fruit and veggies, they're much better than "mart" place of a "wall". The baked and homemade food items are average but better than that other "blue" store! They do have a pretty good bakery and they're the only one that sells Boston Cream Pie!!! I've also found they're the best for toys as I when I take my kids they have all most popular items and in bulk. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you probably will find it here. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is limited, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Other than those items, it's Target so you already know what you want. This is the best Target around and will definitely save you trips to other stores.
