This place is good place to go buy in bulk so come here when you need to stock up on things. This place is usually busy at most times but I went here last Sunday during the Chiefs game and even though it was Christmas eve the place was not busy. The people that work here are more than eager to help you with anything you need. It is a members only place but if you want to buy in bulk this is the place to go. Have to start off by saying that their parking spaces are the perfect size. Big! Don't have to worry about door dings here. Costco is great for bulk purchases and their selection varies. Went to get gas on Labor Day and no sign was posted. As I put my card in and ready to pump realized that it was locked but pumps where still on. I was putting $20.00 in my tank to get myself through till I got paid but when going through my account I realized that Costco took a charge of a $100.00 out of my account which almost overdrawn my account. After 3 days and countless times talking with my bank I got my money back. Holding that amount of money from a paying costumer is a hassle and can put costumers in a situation financially. This Costco is pretty far from my house so I rarely make a trip here and cannot wait until they build the one up North. As everyone knows, Costco is great for bulk shopping and can potentially save money. I had friendly service during this visit especially at the checkout. I didn't realize that I got a free item with one of my purchases and so the employee ran clear back to the back to retrieve it for me. I will say that I am disappointed with the food quality. Less than a week after my purchase and bagels, refrigerated mushrooms and red peppers were waisted due to mold. read more

We shop very often there and I agree with the friendly employee posts. Knowledgeable, depends on the individual employee. My particular complaint is with the tire department. I visited once to buy tires and will not return. Even though my truck had factory installed, sized shown on the door post tag, the honcho claimed they were not shown on the stores sizing chart for my truck. Bye bye idiot read more

I hate this Store. I will never go there again. Don't wear red bandannas into this store because there is supposed to be "a history" about red bandannas, and if you don't know that and from out of town, how is someone supposed to know that? If I had worn my Cherokee turban that is specific to us as Cherokee, I suppose they would have asked me to leave; maybe or maybe not. Having been a loyal customer of Costco's for years, I can tell you not many retailers, along with the warehouse chains, take care of their customers as good as Costco does. Not only does Costco generally stock the premium brands and the organics more than their competitors, their return policies are among the best in any business. They even bend the rules when certain items may be in question, and I've really NEVER had a bad experience with this store or any other. The CEO is also someone I admire for the way he runs his company and treats his employees, and it trickles down to the customer experience. Brilliance. Having read some of the other reviews that weren't so polite...most of your issues are completely avoidable or are more of a personal nature that the store really isn't impacting...try to be objective here. read more

The low stars are for the optical sales. The club and the employees up front are always amazing. However, for those of us who are loyal shoppers but don't live conveniently close, it's frustrating to be told they will not accept a renewal order for contacts over the phone anymore. Due to work schedules this can set me back at least a week or more if traveling. Why are prescriptions able to be called in to the pharmacy but not contacts? I even see the optometrist AT that location for more years than I can remember. This is poor customer service when we pay to shop there! read more

What I love about it would take too much space and time hence the 5 star rating. That said it is night and day difference if you go to their tire center. Prices are not that great, selection is poor but that normally does nor matter at Costco but here it does, I bought the inferior product because normally Costco is great on their warranties. Nope, had a tire shred on me and they hit my wife up with some bs and charged her again, yeah what warranty (tire less than a year old) the techs that work there are rude and border line incompetent. I absolutely love COSTCO! The people are so much friendlier, the service better. I love their organic selection. The whole atmosphere is so much better than Sams club. Of course, that is probably because they treat their employees so much better and pay them better. read more

I LOVE Costco. My daughter hates shopping but loves to go here for the free samples! The staff is always friendly and any time I buy something and am not completely happy with it I have no trouble returning it. I don't have a huge problem with Costo in general, except that they only take American Express credit cards. But the people in the optical department are very rude. I'm not talking about the optometrist who checked my eyes, but the people outside her office. I have dealt with them three times, and each time they had a bad attitude, both in person and on the phone. read more

Costco staff have excellent customer service skills and exhibit this behavior at checkout with extra staff filling my grocery cart very fast..while the cashier is giving me TLC.. I so appreciate this and it makes my shopping experience a good one every time.. I have always been a Costco fan, but when told that I HAVE TO GO INTO THE STORE TO PLACE MY BAKERY ORDER FOR 3 DOZ. DINNER ROLLS!?! Really?!? 6/26/15 This review is with regard to the photo dept. What ever happened to the customer is always right mentality? I have my own business in the service industry and have for 18 years...the customer is always right! Once a year I am required to obtain passport photos to renew a business license. In 2014, I attempted to get those photos @ Costco...the batteries were dead in the camera. So, I thought, I would try again in 2015...you guessed it...the batteries were once again dead. At which point...I explained to the lady that was working...the same thing happened to me last year...and she said..."I have never had that happen." I asked to speak to management....@ which point she said...I do manage the photo dept. @ which point she asked the optical dept if they had batteries and decided she could take my photo immediately. Wow...why does one have to get irritated to get the service they deserve? Prudence, never once apologized for the poor service or inconvenience. She got the pics ready and charged me full price. Prudence has very poor customer service skills in my opinion and should not be in a management position. read more
