I would go here to fill up on gas after getting back to town as I head north on 44th Street to head home. They are open 24 hours daily. I have even gone inside for a quick item needed that is in stock at gas stations or even the occasional redeeming of a simple item in stock through one of the many Circle K promotions. While I haven't used most of these, this particular location has gas, an ATM, coffee, froster, roller grill, hot dogs, Easy Pay, Inner Circle, a Gift Card Mall, and Circle K gift cards. They do not have an Amazon drop-off location nor a public restroom. That makes sense as this location has a strong presence of homeless people stopping by or sitting down on the property. Enroll today with Easy Pay (https://www.circlek.com/easy-pay) and save 30 cents off per gallon for the first 100 gallons and 10 cents off per gallon thereafter. You can also join Inner Circle (https://inner-circle.circlek.com) and save 25 cents per gallon on your first 5 fill-ups. You can then get rewarded in many ways with deals and personalized perks. You can save 3 cents per gallon every day, and after spending $500 on fuel, food, and beverages, get upgraded to a Premium Member and save 5 cents per gallon. There are also sweepstakes and other special promotions (which I won a Circle K gift card last year), and I also receive text messages when the Diamondbacks strike out batters at home (for a free item or gas discount). I also receive 25-40% off every now and then, and I am notified with a text. If you get the Upside app, you can also earn back up to 20 cents (or more!) off per gallon of gas and even at restaurants and groceries. Feel free to register at https://upside.app.link/NW7BQ to get an extra 15 cents per gallon back on your first purchase. You can even use this AND the Inner Circle or Easy Pay offers at the same time as long as you register a credit card in advance. Needless to say, I save a lot and get free items regularly from Circle K, and this is a convenient location when I am traveling.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Employee Misconduct - Chevron 44th St & McDowell, Phoenix AZ…read more Dear Chevron Human Resources, I am writing to formally report an upsetting and inappropriate interaction I experienced at your Chevron location on 44th Street and McDowell in Phoenix, Arizona, in the early morning hours of October 15th, around 4:00-4:15 AM. I have visited this station several times before and always had positive experiences with a courteous clerk. However, this most recent visit was extremely distressing and left me feeling humiliated and unsafe. While preparing a drink (using several cans of a Boba beverage I intended to pay for), the first cup I used cracked and began leaking. I immediately began cleaning up the spill myself to avoid creating a mess for staff or other customers. I disposed of the damaged cup and empty cans in the nearby trash to stay tidy. Before I could explain what happened or bring my items to the register to pay, a female employee (shorter, heavier-set, white woman) began yelling at me aggressively, accusing me of stealing. Then, a male employee (taller, dark-skinned man) joined in and also shouted at me, claiming I was trying to get away with not paying. I repeatedly tried to explain the situation -- that I was cleaning up and intended to pay for the drinks -- but both employees continued to interrupt me, raise their voices, and ultimately told me to leave and never return. I was shocked and embarrassed. I have never been accused of theft in my life. I also felt unsafe, especially given that this occurred late at night and I was alone. Their tone and approach were completely unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and discriminatory in nature. For context, I have worked in the service industry myself for years and fully understand how to communicate respectfully with customers -- even during confusion or mistakes. What I experienced at your store was unacceptable and far below Chevron's standards of professionalism. I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed, including security footage from approximately 4:00-4:20 AM at that location, and that appropriate disciplinary or retraining measures be taken with both employees. I am happy to provide additional details or connect you with a witness who observed much of the incident outside the store. I am seeking a formal apology and confirmation that Chevron will take steps to ensure no other customer is treated this way. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope Chevron addresses this situation promptly and professionally. Sincerely, ( Chelsea Doll ) Doll.chelsea@gmail.com

Came for the Necessities, Left with Pizza!…read more Stopped by Costco for a few quick necessities and, as usual, somehow managed to leave with something I absolutely did not plan on getting--a large food court pizza! I went with half pepperoni and half cheese, and honestly, it was perfectly cooked. Crispy around the edges, cheesy, and just the right amount of everything. This Costco is typically pretty busy, so if you're ordering a whole pizza, be prepared for a little unexpected wait while they work through the orders. That said, the experience was still great. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which always makes a busy Costco run feel a little easier. Came in for necessities, left with dinner. Costco wins again.

We may not like everyone that goes to Costco but Costco itself? Love it. And now that they have temporarily brought back their churros, you know you gotta pop in and grab one from the food court. The first time I came here, I must have pulled a ticket from the machine going into the facility instead of scanning the barcode on the email that was sent to me when I made my initial reservation. Soooo, that led me to pay for a full day when I tried to exit. I don't remember actually pulling a ticket because I scanned my barcode when I went in. I guess omw out of the facility is when I pulled the ticket, and I panicked because there was no other way out and there were already 3 cars behind me. I was trapped so I had no choice but to pay twice my reservation cost, around $64 to get out. My second time, I read the email thoroughly and upon reading the response to my initial review from management, that is definitely what happened. Now I know better!! I do like this service as the shuttles come and go it seems every 5 minutes. Once I get to the curb at the airport, a shuttle usually just pulls right up. I don't have to text anyone or wait forever like I've had to do with other shuttles. My car is secured in their outdoor lot where most spots are actually covered, and the walk from the shuttle to my car is very short. The property is well lit and the office usually has an employee at the desk in the lobby area. Be sure to scan that email QR code upon entering and exiting so you don't make the same mistake I did! I emailed them but did not get a partial refund. Oh well.

I asked the employee why do I have to pay extra, he kept rushing me to exit the parking without providing any explanations. He was not nice at all. I felt horrible to be taken advantage off for the extra charge and Preflight's egregious practice is not acceptable. Beware to park at this place.
