Love Quick trip! Yummy coffee! French vanilla is the best! Their egg rolls are so good as well. They even have a place inside to order pizza, flurry, pretzels and etc. There's corn dogs, egg rolls, hot dogs and etc ready to eat. The line went pretty quick. QT is usually my favorite gas station in Arizona to stop at when given a choice , but near my home there isn't one close so I try to stop when I can. Service is always better, locations are clean and large amount of gas pumps typically make it easy to get in and out without waiting. This location was no different. The QT at GA-138 in Conyers and the QT at Turner Hill Rd, Lithonia, GA, are always out of receipt paper or don't print the receipt. I usually do not need receipts, but occasionally, for business reasons, I do. The whole purpose of paying at the pump is to keep from going in. QT's are great. They're clean. Employees are always friendly when I do go in for snacks. But please have these two stations fix the receipt printers on the pumps. read more

This location frequently does not give out a receipt when paying by credit card at the pump. Requires me to walk into the store where I often must wait in line to get my receipt. Usually they say it is out of paper. This is inconvenient & happens ~ 1 in 3 trips. Employees need to stay on top of maintaining the paper so, the pump transaction works as intended. I'll pass up 100 "Whatchamacallit" gas stations, with my gas needle 40 miles past E, to get to 1 QT; that's how much love my QT! I have a long-term relationship with crushed ice (I eat it by the quarts), and QT has the best (IMO). I purchase my quadruple cup loads, and upon my return I may refill them with more ice for free! As long as they keep offering this, they'll maintain my loyalty. Aside from my "thing" with the ice, my daughter loves their chicken caesar wraps. They sell Bob Marley's (it's a beverage), which we hadn't seen since we left STL, so this made us even happier. They've just opened a kitchen that sells smoothies, soft pretzels, pizza, etc. They keep stepping up their game! As with most gas stations, prices on their snacks and name-brand drinks (not talking fountain) are a tad bit inflated, but not outrageously so. The workers are nice. Also, this location offers gas a cheaper prices than anywhere in N Scottsdale. Another reason to keep rollin pass the others. read more

I'm typically a fan of QuikTrip. I often tell people QuikTrip is an example of good pay creating good service at a convenience store. Today however, I wish I had stopped at the Circle K across the street. After filling my tank, I needed to use the restroom. I enter the bathroom and employee startles me by barking "CLOSED" at me. No sign was on the door or anything. So I ask if the whole bathroom is closed as he is only cleaning one toilet. "Yep. Whole thing." I ask about how long it will be closed and with a loud sigh he replies "at least 10 minutes". I am out off by the guys attitude, so I ask the most official looking guy if he is the shift manager. He is, so I ask him to talk to his employee about his attitude. He just dismisses me with, "oh, ok" before telling moving on to the next customer. Not at all the experience I am used to with QuikTrip. read more

QT is the King of convenience stores, period. They are unparalleled when it comes to customer service. You're greeted immediately when you walk in and they move lines like no other. The instant it gets busy employees move from the floor to the register and i love how they run a register with 2 lines swapping between right and left. They are Quick! Thus representing "Quick Trip" to the T. Customer Service is absolutely their number one priority! They run a tight shift and are constantly keeping the store clean. It's blatantly apparent they have an amazing management/employee training program. Granted not always the best prices on all items, yet competitive. They have a great fountain drink and chilled drink/coffe dispenser selection as well keep thier warm food snacks stocked well along with condiments. You walk out satisfied - often with a smile and they tell you to have a great day and that they hope to see you again soon. If you haven't been to one, try them out vs the competition (QT wins hands down from my experience). This location is great. read more

This location is okay , lately as far as the last 4 weeks they are never stocked with sugar free red bull or any other red bull other than the normal kind. All of their frozen food that rolls on the machine are always stale it's almost like the employees rotate them out at the end of the day. I used to love getting their taquitos. Another winner of a location for this chain. It's becoming a common standard for us to stop at these locations for gas / snacks / drinks, since they are always clean, well organized and quick. This location was no different. We stopped here for a quick fill up while running around town and, as usual, there were plenty of pumps so that despite the busy nature of this location, we were able to find a spot immediately. I don't know anyone that doesn't like QT! I love their tea. The hot pizza and breakfast sandwiches are good too. They have so many condiments it's almost hard not to find something. I recommend getting the breakfast sandwich from the ordering counter. The pre-made hot ones aren't the same. read more

Yelping a gas station? Sure. The only reason I would think to Yelp about a gas station/convenience store is because I like to give Kudos for service and originality where it's due(even if it is subtle in this business category). QT builds behemoth gas stations by most standards. They remind me of the Sheetz stations on the East Coast, aside from that here are the top 6 reasons why I am Yelping about a gas station and giving it 5 stars. #1 Their gas is consistently priced low (I have to buy premium and it's always .20 more then regular, never more) #2 Their workers are efficient, fast and friendly. It must part of their business model and hiring process. The cashiers can actually multitask and ring you up in less then 30 sec, always with a greeting and a good-bye. #3 If you are looking to try out your mixologist side on some sugar laden soda, this is the place( I don't drink much soda but every once in awhile I will whip up some Diet Coke with Lemonade and a splash of cherry) #4 They have free air!(for your tires, all other gas stations usually charge .50 - $1.00...ridiculous) #5 It's always clean(well at least for a gas station) # 6 All QT locations are a Safe Place. What this means is that youth in trouble can come to any QT location; a store employee will give them a safe place to hang out, something to eat and drink while they call a Safe Place coordinator to help resolve their situation or provide additional support. It's a pretty small thing but with a major impact for the individual in need. Now, this is a glorified gas station. It could be better but present day, you can't ask for much more. I am hoping in the future its a place where we can phase out traditional oil and I could charge my electric car here or fill up on alternative fuel. More vegan snacks would seal the deal too....hey, a guy can dream. read more

I appreciate the speedy checkout but please acknowledge me while checking me out. It's personalization, the atmosphere that normally makes a QT friendly. Also, always offer a bag. Maybe I'm partial because my significant other works there as the manager, but I seriously LOVE the new kitchen. The pretzels dipped in butter, sprinkled with salt and served with nacho cheese for $3 is so amazing. Wash it down with unsweetened mango black tea...bomb. The restrooms are the cleanest out of every gas station I've ever stopped. My favorite wine is always stocked and cheaper than the grocery stores. They rotate their craft beers by season which is awesome. The jalapeño cheddar dogs are another crowd pleaser with the fresh jalapeños, pico de gallo and spicy mustard. Oh hell yeah!! Today I was blessed by an angel Assistant Manager, Monique Petersen, at the 40th St. and Greenway location. I couldn't start my car after parking in their lot at 6:30 a.m. I was explaining to the cashier what happened and to please not tow it away. Monique was already checked out and going home. She over heard me and took a very professional approach by making sure to get my name and number, then gave it to the cashier telling him not to tow. Then, she took me home 15 minutes in the opposite direction of her home and refused to take any money! She took me a giant step closer to restoring my faith in humanity. She's a special lady and I appreciate what she did from the bottom of my heart. I will now be doing all my coffee and gas stops at that pleasant and professionally managed location. read more

My wife an I love QT! They have great gas prices (compared to others). The staff is always courteous and helpful. I had my son in my arms and getting drinks for my wife and I. One of the employees was cleaning near by and handed me two straws. Not a big deal, but it means they are paying attention to their customers. The store itself is always clean. read more
