Oddly the energy drinks at this location are extremely overpriced as compared to other circle k's in the area. Fuel island- had a bunch of trash just all over the place and was utterly filthy. Normally don't have issues with Circle K's, however today was different. Went in at about 11:40 pm with some friends on 9/19/26, and everything seemed ok until the cashier comes up behind me and my buddy asking if we needed help. We say no, and the guy starts to go on this whole rant about how he has so much work to do at HIS job. Not to mention his tone was super unprofessional and honestly pathetic considering he was swearing at people who very obviously were probably half his age. To the balding cashier in probably his 40s-50s grow up and try to cover the weed and cigarette smell coming off your breath and clothes next time and don't be rushing customers out of the business that's open 24 hours that you work at, thanks. (Oh yeah that smell was also very vibrant from just entering the store, me and my friends noticed it immediately.) read more

Good gas prices and always a little extra off when you sign up for the rewards program and connect your bank account to the card for easy payment. Specials like 40cents off on a Thursday during the month as well!! With gas prices so high, every little bit helps for sure. And while you pump, a little snack or drink is available for purchase inside. Most have car washes, but have never used them. read more

I came here on November 30 for fuel day, which I learned about from the news playing on the gym tv earlier that day. I had a half tank of gas but I couldn't pass up a good deal: $0.40 off per gallon. I stopped by this station on my way home and filled up. One of the employees approached me and gave me a fuel card to save $0.10/gallon on subsequent visits and a coupon for a car wash. This promotion was available only from 4-7pm, which luckily happened to be when I visited. I also signed up for the Circle K Inner Circle rewards program, which gives new users 25 cents off per gallon on the first five fill-ups. I could've saved more money on this visit, but it was still a fantastic deal. Looking forward to the next fuel day! read more

Clean store. Cashier friendly. One of the fountain drinks was broke. The one with Gatorade. I wanted ice so was charged for the cup.

This is one of the dirtiest gas stations I have ever encountered. A little power-washing would go a long way. Or, if that is too difficult, perhaps try simply emptying the overflowing trash cans periodically? At any given time, a minimum of 3 of the 12 pumps are out of order. The ones that do work are covered with scratched-in graffiti markings. Classy. The only redeeming quality is that the gas is usually a few cents cheaper than nearby competitors. Circle K - Circle K at Tatum Blvd & Union Hills - Gas Stations Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

If you want to come in contact with someone who's exposed to 100s of people a day while not wearing masks (therefore exposing you) and not enforcing masking this is your spot. I wrote corporate because I had multiple employees to report for not wearing masks and I never received a reply. A couple of gals with black hair that work the afternoon and this obese guy that works evenings never wore masks. The big guy wears it as a chin strap or as an ear ring which I guess was in case he spotted a manager or corporate swinging by. Justin who works nights never wore one either. There was this older gal who worked over nights who wasn't either but got with the program when she started working days. The new over night guy was actually the best about always wearing a mask. I have to say as a healthcare professional it was infuriating that the closest gas station to me had such poor oversight in protective measures for the public. Heading inside was always a crapshoot as well because anyone could come in without a mask and no one would say a word to them. Circle K could care less about public health as long as the money keeps rolling in. read more

This Circle K off of Union Hills and Tatum has the worst service ever. Not one single employee engages with the customers or they are too busy having their own conversations with each other. It is very clear they hate their job. A few of them are really rude. This location is very convenient for me because it is right by my house. Stopped their today about 1 PM and the doors were locked with a crowd standing outside. The doors were locked for quite a while. I understand if the employee was using the restroom but definitely should not take that long. I went to a circle K right down the street and the employee checking me out actually asked how my day was and told me to have a great day. That's how the employees at this location should be. I was just inside the store to grab a drink while getting gas. Someone had placed their personal speaker in the middle of the store and was playing their, I'm guessing personal selection of music which included every other word being a curse word and the N-word being said over and over and over again. I am all for someone listening to their own music when they want, but if you're going to represent a corporation I'm guessing that is not their choice of music for the store. I'm really glad I didn't have my kids with me, which I normally do. Hopefully the store managers are aware Of the music selection. read more

I went in for gas and the CC machine wasn't working properly. I had some gas in the car, but decided to fill it. Their gas prices are reasonable. I paid the clerk $20 with the same CC. Apparently, I only needed $17 worth. The clerk (caucasian man in his low-50's) refused to give me my 3 bucks back. He was a total ass! read more

In my experience, weird looking employees (once, a clerk had a full body tattoo that was clearly visible) who comment on the manner of the customer's attire. Do not bother making a complaint about poor service. The Circle K website either does not work, or the management does not respond. Some Circle K stores are friendly, but not this one. read more
