Stopped in to hit up the Costco Cafe. Numerous ordering kiosks were closed, forcing everyone to use only a few. The staff were earning their pay... they were HUSTLING back there. They were friendly. Wait time wasn't terrible despite quite a crowd waiting for their orders. We finally tried the chicken bake ($3.99) and it was delicious. Also grabbed the famous $1.50 hotdog and soda, which was good as usual. Definitely would stop back to shop as well. read more

We have loved shopping at Costco for many years, but unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience with Angela R at checkout today. We were next in line, and I stepped away briefly to distract my toddler while my husband checked out and paid. About two minutes later, my husband called me over because he was having trouble opening the Costco app to scan our membership card. As I walked back to the register, I realized Angela R had already skipped us and started checking out the couple behind us. I was only a few steps away, but she seemed too impatient to wait for me to scan my card. While my husband and I were discussing the issue with the app, Angela R interrupted to repeatedly tell my husband to connect to the Costco WiFi, which he had already done. Frustrated with the app, my husband responded that he was already connected. Angela R and her helper (whose name I did not catch) then told my husband not to "get loud" with them, even though he never raised his voice or insulted anyone. The entire interaction felt rushed and disrespectful. We would truly appreciate being treated with more patience, professionalism, and respect while shopping at Costco. read more

We bought matcha from here today and the bag was opened and clearly retuned and put back on the shelf. I opened it and there was a spoon in it. Tried to call and no one is picking up. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: we've been calling them repeatedly and finally someone answered twice and immediately hung up. The manager that answered the third time, Daniella, had a snarky voice and attitude and told me bring it back for a refund. I told her I'd like a refund and replacement for our trouble and she said they won't do that. She didn't even apologize for anything. My partner called back and asked again because I was upset at her attitude and hung up and she had an attitude with my partner as well. Sighing loudly and said "mhm" and hung up. We will be driving to the Tomball location from here on out. Train your employees. read more

Walking into Costco is basically the adult version of "I'll just look around." You go in for paper towels and somehow leave with a 48-pack of snacks, a rotisserie chicken, and something you absolutely didn't plan on buying but now can't live without. Our local Costco does a great job keeping the store clean and stocked, and the staff are always friendly and surprisingly efficient considering the constant chaos of giant carts and bulk everything. The samples alone can turn a quick grocery run into a full-on tasting tour if you play your cards right. The gas station is also a huge win--worth the membership alone some days. The only reason for four stars instead of five is the crowds. Weekends feel like the Super Bowl of bulk shopping, and navigating the aisles can require a little patience and strategic cart driving. That said, the checkout lines usually move faster than you'd expect. All in all, Costco remains one of the few places where spending way more than you planned still somehow feels like a victory. read more

It was very very busy which is pretty normal, but it was the weekend after Thanksgiving so it was extra busy. I wasn't able to get a few items that I needed because they were sold out; that just means I'll have to go back again later this week. Disgusting experience with an employee pushing the carts in the front of the store - José. He screamed at my husband in front of our children for taking a "broken cart" that was parked alongside the rest of the carts while we were waiting in the 9:00 line. Ripped the cart from his hands and aggressively flipped it over by the cart line and stormed off. Didn't offer to bring us a different cart and was so rude and aggressive I am scared to return. I called his manager to report him but later found out he is still employed there. Will not be going back. read more

I experienced the most Horrific customer service due to rude , unprofessional non friendly her name is Ana R at the register. We wanted to split the transaction and NOT put it on Costco credit card. She says NO WE DONT THAT EVER. IM LIKE SINCE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THAT. ACTING manager came over he was worthless. Chloe also was rude. They were quick to get us out of the way. No problem solving and or professionalism. As we were walking to the exit. She said Have A Blessed day at least 9 times in a sarcastic way. That was a form of harassment Then we went to customer service to ask for Store manager name and the girl behind the counter. Was just as bad in customer service. Rude , rude, rude. Her body language and mannerism was hateful. I felt harassed and racially profiled. From checking out to exiting the store. They All need to be FIRED. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO TIL THEY ARE FIRED !!!!!!! Shame Shame on you Costco. read more
