My favorite item is the Steak, Bacon & Cheddar. The prices are on the medium-high scale and I don't mind paying for quality, but quality has to be delivered. Unfortunately, they have botched my order literally the last 3 times I've gone. "No mayo" is a pretty simple request, but somehow it's been slathered on each time. Also, 2 of the times the steak was extremely chewy. The last time I just threw the sandwich away and didn't even go back.
