I am a menudo lover and this restaurant has the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Clean as it can be, taste is absolutely wonderful, price good but I don't care that much about that as it is SO GREAT!! Let's start with the drink. Too much curacao it was super sweet. Beans super salty Rice must nice but tasted like the chicken noodles soup that comes in a package Oysters. Super dirty u can taste all the sand Molcajete super thick like tomato soup, jumbo shrimp u can taste the dirt, dry shrimp over cooked seems microwaved. The food is amazing. They have plenty of seafood that is prepared from the town of Nayarit Mexico. Service is fast unless you order the grilled fish or parrillada nayarita it will take an hour. But it's worth the wait. I have been here many times and everything on the menu is delicious. They also have chicken, beef if seafood is not your favorite. read more

Let's get this straight, this is where you come and get excellent Mexican seafood plates. The shrimp tacos could be the best I've ever had. The oysters were tasty but don't bother to ask where they're from. The waitress has no idea. Just eat it, you'll live...lol. However, the only disappointment of this place is their carne asada. It was DRY. Very dry. Go to El Sazon for juicy steak but come here for the seafood. As for the rice and beans, superb. Their rice is not like typical Mexican rice at other restaurants. It's much lighter and more delicate. I think they add butter to it too. Normally I don't eat Mexican rice and beans but I will eat their's. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in this area. read more

Today we came to Nayarit to have a family dinner. We were a party of 14. The serve wasn't the greatest. Several of us ordered fajitas and it was manly vegetables, it contained hardly any meat. We ordered 2 koras and our crab "leg" was a joke. Huachilango (fried fish) was hardly fried. Another thing my brother n law order raw oysters and they brought him cooked oysters. We told the waitress and she literally try to some how make it seem it was his fault. This is the semiconductor time we get bad service here. We will never return. read more

On the Pasco Taco Crawl Today we visited Mi Lindo Nayarit . For our Taco Crawl taco -- we both got the shrimp taco WOW.. it was amazing.... and our very first shrimp taco, too Charles learned a hard lesson, though... He discovered that not all 'green sauces' are mild.... as he poured his entire lil plastic cup over his shrimp street taco. Since it was also lunch time... we each added an ala carte item I had .. *tada*... for the first time three fish tacos *all street size tacos*.. and delicious Charles got the chicken burrito ... which was packed full of not only chicken, but rice and beans too... so he was glad he didn't get it as a meal.... Both of our ala carte items came with a lil salad with ranch dressing, which helped to cool Ch/ mouth.. just a little.. ooh and I gave him my orange wedge, too.... 1 Star is Too High Rating. I have eaten at a majority of the Taco Trucks and East Pasco restaurants. This was one of the foulest meals I have ever had in my life. Shocked at the prices, not sure how they get away with $20 plates for a restaurant of this low caliber. I ordered the green chicken enchiladas lunch special for $6.50. We both knew something was immediately wrong as neither could dare to stomach a bite. The chicken, beans, coloring of food was just plain "off." Chicken didn't smell or taste right. Fowl Foul. Sauce didn't look or smell fresh. Even the canned beans didn't look fresh. (How can you get something from a can WRONG?). Rice tasted more like bad Asian rice and not a hint of Mexican rice at all. The only thing I can confirm that was fresh was the sour cream. We had two bites and left. Just the varying colors in this meal speaks volumes. Most disgusting experience and I want to call the Health Department. Whatever I was served wasn't chicken. It may have been at one time, but not the day it was served to me. I was really excited to try this place because I've heard some great things, but I was really disappointed. We got the parilla, which is the biggest plate on the menu & is supposed to have a little bit of everything (seafood mostly) It's about a $100 plate, if not more. Big enough for 2 or maybe 3 people depending. I LOVE seafood & seriously left this place still wanting some because it really wasn't good. Everything was cooked right, so we didn't get sick from it or anything, but it all had no flavor. The shrimp in the coctel tasted like water. The service was good though, the lady that helped us was very friendly & brought everything at a timely manner. I don't know that I will be going there again, but maybe I'll give it one more try. I was driving trying to find something good and stumble with this place. I ordered the Camarones al Ajillo and it was delicious. Tender and plenty of shrimp. Beans were flavorful and the rice just well made. The shrimp had a great sauce and mushroom toppled the flavor of the meal. Nothing spicy hot, Not at all. The other great flavor was the freshly made corn tortillas. Soft and warm all three of them lasted till the end. Great food, friendly service and the ambiance all Mexican. The uniqueness of dishes set it apart. They have some really good seafood choices. My favorite dish is Pollo a la Diabla and it is the best version of this dish I have ever had. The rice is more of a white rice with broth and vegetables. Most dishes come with a salad with a refreshing dressing. The salad goes great when you are eating something spicy. New to this area... wanted to have a pleasant experience to take with me, I'm a truck driver and travel all 48. I don't often get the opportunity to do this as it is impossible to park the whole rig.. I was fortunate enough to wait for a load coming out of this area... Back to the food. Worst service ever my plate had a hair in it! I was half way done noticed a hair let the waitress know she then tried justifying the situation by saying it was an eyelash like that's any better. They said they would take care of it when It came time to pay they charged me for the meal I asked them why they felt I should pay for food that had hair in it so they only gave me a discount if I knew I was going to pay for it I would of ordered another plate but I felt disgusted! Food is excellent. My husband and I had their carne asada wet burrito with the green salsa and a pitcher of dos equis. Seriously good food! I had the garlic shrimp and a t was delicious. Would have liked more spice but the flavor was great. They do have dishes that are spicier, so we'll have to try that next time. Great place. A bit of a dive, but clean and good for family dining and highly recommended. read more
