First time here. The good: their steak is amazing. The sweet and spicy sauce is delicious. The tomatoes are the best I've seen or tasted outside of home. The staff was really helpful in picking sauces. The bad: it's not very fast food. The meals should have real forks. The plastic ones are a little flimsy for steak. Awesome food. I may be biased because i absolutely love Mexican food, but this is in my top three favourites! I absolutely love that they make the tortillas there, and everything is so delicious. The flavorings mix together very well. Also they make little cinnamon tortilla rolls that make the perfect dessert. The horchata needs some work though; its a bit watered down in comparison to some others I have had. read more

Big time college kids have discovered this type of Mexican food place. Cafeteria style (a little like Quiznos) where you walk the counter adding stuff that goes into a high sided pie plate. Eventually the plate goes through an oven conveyor belt type thing. Yummy sauces and good sides. I had two corn enchiladas with steak inside, rice and whole beans. Came to $7 with free refill drinks. They got the enchiladas soft and wonderful with their little oven trick. I want to go back and try more. read more

This is definitely a new favorite for my wife and myself. I got the raspberry chicken burrito the first time I went and just can't seem to get tired of it. Incredible. Most of the crew is pretty nice too. The food is all fresh very fresh and cooked up in the back. It's not just in a container that was shipped and opened and served like other places. They make all their own tortillas as well...right in front of you, which only adds to the flavor, warmth, and freshness you will encounter in your meal. If you like fresh and flavorful food, this is a great spot for you. Boo ya! read more

we ordered burritos, the grilled chicken and the pork. the flavor of the meat was good, BUT i want a burrito with, uhhh, vegetables inside of it! wtf you get a burrito that gets wrapped, put through a mini oven thing, then they put veggies on the outside??? um, no thanks. the workers were very nice, but it is confusing (somewhat) on how to order (its not like Chipotle where you get all the goodies then they wrap it) and it is very hard to hear since the building is so cavernous and noisy (not noisy in a bad way). you do get a lot of food, but for the quality it was overpriced. I know there are some positive reviews on this one, but mine isn't one. Either I hit an off day or....well, too bad because I got what I got, which was crappy food and if possible, crappier service. There was NOTHING to rave about; it's baja/mexican fast food minus frivolities. Standard meat, rice, beans, tortilla. I swear I'm not a hyper-picky or demanding patron, but I do appreciate whatever a business pledges and when they do it well. This was my first time going here, and I will not be returning. I also have never written a Yelp review, but I feel very strongly towards my experience here. I went with a friend, who somehow tipped over our tray of 2 bowls. One staff member (the cashier) noticed and just stared at us and the ground. Because the staff were just staring at us saying nothing for seriously 1-2 minutes, my friend finally asked where the napkins were. The cashier told her around the corner and my friend went to grab paper napkins to clean up the mess. The staff just watched and said nothing. They didn't even offer a towel to clean up with to replace the paper napkins. After a few minutes of us cleaning, almost all of the mess was cleaned up. A lady in line behind us spoke up and said "aren't you going to have someone help them?" to the staff. I, along with several other customers in line were quite frankly disgusted at the rudeness and inability of the staff here. I have worked in the food industry as a server for a few years. I know this isn't how you treat customers. Furthermore, during and after the incident the cashier was passive aggressive and rude. There were a few things that displeased me with this restaurant but that incident stood out to me and angered me. So much that I am taking the time to write this review. read more

This is my new fav place in tri cities. It's clean and fresh tasting. Hey Chico's, this is where REAL guacamole is at. Got the chicken burrito, very good. Did not have it "wet", meaning no sauce or cheese on top. Others in my group raved about the sweet pork action. Here is the rub, ask them for their pico de gallo and then add their white cilantro ranch into it: heaven. This is a place worthy of my $. Please support them! Used to like this place, but the quality of the food and service have suffered. I ordered shrimp tacos and got undercooked shrimp on a flour tortilla. I asked if anything else came on it and they said no (check the menu online, it specifically says fresh greens and salsa). Additionally, we were the only ones in line and it took forever to get our food. Three employees were just standing and talking! The price: four shrimp tacos, black beans and rice, chips, and two drinks was $25. For that price, go to Fuego down the street. read more

Restaurant was crowded, long line but still had quick, friendly and above average service. Prices are in between fast food (which this isn't!) and a fuller service place like Azteca. Servings are very very large - you won't leave hungry!! I love coming in to get lunch or dinner here since I work really close to their location. The staff is always friendly and recognizes me when I come in even during a rush hour. I admire anyone who remembers a customer among hundreds who come through. The food is always on point and I love getting a small salad and soup. Not to mention they have an app that gives you $4.00 off every 50 you spend. If you also know what you want and how to ask for it it helps the process go by quicker. Wow, probably my new favorite Mexican fast food. I got a small salad with perfectly cooked steak, pico, guacamole and grilled peppers and onions (their fajita blend) that's it. We ate the nachos and they were but a bit salty. Good customer service. The guy was nice explained all of our options. The prices are a bit high for you get but overall everything was good. I will be eating there again. The rewards card is a good incentive for people to come back over and over. The dining area is big and spacious very comfortable environment to eat. excellent food, and with coupons, daily specials, and their point card, it can be a great deal! We usually get beef burritos (50% of the time smothered) and chips and queso for the kiddo. The best feature by far is their rice, which we always ask to skip the beansto get a douple helping of, and the food is made fresh on the spot! Their desserts are wonderful, but we usually skip on those due to the amount of food that we are getting. For all GF sensitive people out there, they have corn tortillas!
