I went looking for a place to braid my hair because I had a hand accident and my hand is no longer fully functional so it's hard for me. I ended up getting a haircut too cause I know I needed one. I just wanted a trim but decided face framing layers. It looked kind of choppy, but I can't really judge that because my hair is in braids and it wasn't dry when I saw it when I called I asked for two Dutch braids instead of French braids she told me she could probably just do French braids, which I said that was fine During the service and it's kind of my fault for not speaking up I noticed she was doing two different braids and one of them was a Dutch braid but she was so far into it I felt bad asking her to change it She was really sweet and I have no complaints Other then that she was very kind and quick with the service and from what I can tell my hair seems even I just have to walk around feeling goofy for a bit because I paid for it lol read more

On 3/19/17 I went in to get my son's first hair cut and my teenage daughter's hair cut. They were promoting a prepaid hair cut card that they refused to let me buy and use the same day. NO WHERE on the sign on the counter and in the restroom does it state you CANNOT use it the same day. I put in a complaint that day and had to call today 3/27/17 to speak to a customer service rep as NO ONE had followed up with me. I finally received a call which I missed and a message stating she had called me numerous times which was BS! Phones log calls!!! Does she not know this? This was the first time she called. She told me you can only purchase the card for future visits and not the same day. I advised that the signs posted in their salon do not state this which makes it false advertising and she didn't care. I asked to speak to her boss and she gave me a name and said she "MAY" call me back. I am going to keep calling until I get my money back at this point. No customer deserves this type of aggravation because their posters and signs are incorrect. read more

If I could go below one star I would. You are told one price at the front and after the hair cut, you are charged a completely different price that is much higher. This has happened twice, once with me and again with my daughter. Its one thing to give general prices, but when a customer specifically asks how much for THEIR hair, and is given a rate, then that rate needs to be honored. If there is one thing I cannot stand is a store ripping off customers. There are salons all around this area that honors their quoted prices and actually, provide better hair cuts. So there really is no reason to consider this salon ever. read more

They got me in fairly quick as a walk-in and gave me the cut I wanted. I would definitely go here again for a trim or basic cut.

i asked for a balayage and she literally gave me highlights, she didn't even dye all my hair. would've been nice if i asked for highlights but i didn't. wastes so much money and time. i don't recommend coloring your hair here. read more

I have been going here for several years and have always gotten a great cut. I always go to one stylist who I am very pleased with.

I usually go to the Fry Rd. location to Eileen (spelling?) and always have to redo my hair and this last time she did not cut enough off and it is hard to speek with her because she does not speek English well. I went to this location on Jones because it was close to my daughter's house whom I was with today and she said use her hairdresser Deetra (spelling?) OMG she is the best, spoke english, very friendly, took time to make sure I was happy and did a beutiful job! Also she has been there almost a year which says something, because there seems to be a big turnover at the Fry Rd./Katy Frwy. location. I will now drive to this location. She is the best and the place was clean and they make you feel at home. Love it! read more

Horrible customer service!!! Would give 0 stars if I could... To start off, the girl I had my appointment with (Charlene I believe) was nearly 30 minutes late. I just wanted to dye my hair a different color. When she finally did show up, with her leftover food from her long break in hand, all she said to me was, "You can go put the cape on.". That's it! There was no "hello" or even an "I'm sorry for being late" or anything. And it gets better! When she finds out that I want to look at the color chart I must've said something to her that she didn't like because she gives me this dirty look then starts telling me in a rude manner that I will need to get the color in my hair stripped before I can color it (I already knew that) and that starts at $100. Then she gives me ANOTHER dirty look! I had enough at that point. I told her that I was going to just leave my hair they way it is and walked out. If she were professional about the whole thing, as in showed up on time and didn't give me constant dirty looks and spoke to me like I don't know maybe I was a paying customer... I would've gladly paid however much to get the color stripped from my hair and then re-dyed to the color I wanted. But after the way she was talking to me and looking at me... no thanks. I have never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional. read more
