Where do I begin?! I have HATED nose my entire life. Although it was not huge, I felt as though it just did not suit my face. I spent 10 years of my life actually "pinching" my nose down. I know that's hard to visualize but I would actually use my facial muscles to hold my nose down in order to make it look smaller. Because I did this to my nose 24/7, all of my friends and family thought I was NUTS when I said I wanted to get a rhinoplasty. Little did they know I was torturing myself everyday by distorting my face in order to make myself feel confident. When I was 18 I went for a consultation with a plastic surgeon that was located in Torornto. I don't even remember his name to be honest. He looked at me like I was crazy when I told him my concerns and I knew instantly that he was not the surgeon for me. Fast forward to August of 2013. I am now 22 and could not STAND my nose. I was starting to get migranes from "pinching" my nose down and I felt as though my nose was the only thing standing in my way from feeling beautiful. I thought enough was enough. I started researching online for the best plastic surgeon in Toronto. I saw amazing reviews for Dr. Corey Torgerson. I then visited him website and viewed photos of his patients before and after surgery. WOW! his work was stunning. I called his office that instant and spoke to the NICEST person I have ever spoken to. Her name was Breanne and she answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable with my potential decision to get a rhinoplasty at Dr. Torgersons clinic. We set up a free consultation for the following week and the second I entered the facility I felt at home. Before Dr. Torgerson even opened his mouth I knew he was the surgeon for me. He is such a warm sweet person and his smile is enough to put anyone at ease. I explained to him about my "nose pinching" and he didn't look at me like I was crazy! He knew exactly what I meant and exactly what type of nose would look beautiful for my face. We proceeded with Vectra imaging which is a 3-dimensional computer program that allows the doctor to show you an image of your potential new nose. I was in LOVE. He read my mind and knew exactly what I meant!! I instantly booked my surgery with the amazing receptionists. Fast forward to three weeks later and it was time for my surgery. I couldn't believe it was really happening. The staff made me feel like a princess. They told me exactly what was going to happen and how I would feel afterwards. About 3 hours later I woke up from my surgery feeling slightly nauseas but super excited. The day after surgery Dr. Torgerson and his staff sent me get-well flowers! They checked up on me many times during my recovery and made sure I was doing well. Nine days later Dr. Torgerson removed my cast and I started to cry. My nose was BEAUTIFL! I could not believe what I was seeing in the mirror. My nose was perfect! even though extremely swollen I could tell it was going to transform into exactly what I had always dreamed of! When I arrived home my dad said told me that he didn't think I could get anymore beautiful but I did! Today I am just over 3 months post-op and I feel like a super model. I cannot believe the difference that a nose can make to improve your self confidence. I am not longer self conscious about taking pictures or laughing like I used to be before. I am truly happy and it is all thanks to Dr. Torgerson and his team. Thank you all so much for making this the one of the best experiences of my life. First and foremost, I'd generally like to remain anonymous for surgical procedures that I've done, not everyone likes to tell the world about your personal deficiencies. Which i am making an exception to share my experience as it might help others decide and know what they might encounter. In my decade long journey to seek the help that I need to restore my hair, I chose to see Dr Cory Torgerson's clinic. I was already knowledgeable through extensive research on what i require prior to the visit, i did not need some mere advice to sell me or market themselves. I have already been a user of Minoxidil 5% plus DHT blocker pills, yet the extent of my hair lose requires surgery. I have performed FUE 2000+ Grafts & PRP in June of 2017 at Dr Cory Torgerson's clinic. Through my experience here, i personally did not care for how "nice" the clinic presents, which in this case the office is bright, clean, and modern. All i cared about was results and the price to pay. I was first approached by Brian at their office, and to my surprise, the day I met him he had undergone FUE himself 4 days prior, so I saw first hand what to expect, physically. Brian explained clearly on the process and the options available. Later I've met with Dr Cory and we had a brief discussion on hairline and the procedure to be done. For all the reviews out there, I can't guarantee which are authentic or fabricated. But I am definitely one that has gone through the FUE & PRP surgeries with this clinic. From my experience with them, I'd say the following: The Doctor, the nurses, and the team were all very punctual (It was a Friday), I also arrived 1 hour early myself before my scheduled appointment at 7:45am. Not once did they not respond to questions that I had. Are you going to see Doctor Cory every minute during your stay at the clinic? No, but he does indeed check up on you every process that requires his expertise and attention, and to resolve any problems which may have occurred, which in my situation - no unexpected surprises event came up. They indeed (especially Brian) made follow ups, via phone calls & emails. Provided pre-op and post-op guidance, which I found useful and necessary. His nurses and team are genuine. Especially Steph. She never once left my side for the FUE and PRP. She went above and beyond to care, and has the expertise to resolve any problems you might have regarding hair transplants. I will demand for her assistance again should i require more hair related surgeries, no matter which clinic she works for. I had 2 teams of nurses (male & female) for my long surgery session (12hr-14hr), which both were extremely friendly, but more importantly paid close attention to my care. I cannot thank you enough to make this experience the best outcome possible, instead of the nightmare stories you read online. To the end of my procedure, I was required to have someone to take me home, and they refused to let me leave me on my own for my safety, even though I felt perfectly fine. My pickup was late for an hour, the team stayed till the very end until they saw my pickup in person before releasing me. They have very courtesy receptionists, which to noones surprise all look fabulous, but hey, lets be honest, we are not there purposely to see them, but who's complaining on the nice touch. read more

When I came to Dr Torgerson's office for the 1st time, I had very low self-esteem; I couldn't look at anyone in the eyes because I was so self-conscious about my nose. I hated it. I went to a previous surgeon before and he spent 2mn with me. He told me that he couldn't help me with my nose because it was too bulbous. I felt so ashamed and embarrassed going to any surgeon afterwards. When I walked into Dr Torgerson's office, the staffs were so friendly, nice, kind and concerned truly about my situation. Dr Torgerson took me into the office. We sat down and I explained to him what my situation was and that I felt anxious and sad all the time. He assured me that he can help me. Dr Torgerson knows how to do rhinoplasty on blacks, white, Asian, Indians. He has such an immense knowledge of helping people of all races with whatever procedure that they need to be done on the face. So he took my pictures and showed me a Vectra imaging of the work that he can do on my nose to shape it the way I wanted it. When I saw the imaging I couldn't believe that I could look so beautiful and I LOVED my new look. Within 3 weeks of my 1st appointment, I had my rhinoplasty along with a chin implant. I was so confident in Dr Torgerson because he was so understanding to my needs. After the rhinoplasty, he made me come back after a week to remove the cast holding my nose upright. Then he cleared my nostril. I swear I've never breathe so well in my life. All of that without taking any piece of my ribs or ear lobes which the previous doctor wanted to do. He also helped me with swelling on my nose and my chin by injecting it with steroids to alleviate the pain. The cost of the surgery was lesser than what the 1st surgeon wanted to charge me. I recommend highly doctor Torgerson because he truly cares about his patients and he will give you as much attention as you need. He makes sure that whatever procedure he does on your face, he does it to the fullest. He's a perfectionist and if he's not satisfied with his work, he readjusts it accordingly. He is ne of the kindest doctors that I've ever met. He is a wonderful person with a wonderful soul. He's sincere, concerned, and he has such a positive spirit that makes me happy when I come into his office. He makes me feel very comfortable. He's like a friend to me now. Dr. Torgerson performed a lower face-lift on me three weeks ago. He was very pleasant and empathetic at pre-surgical consultations as was his staff. He was kind enough to provide advice to me and to my sister at once. He views himself as an "artist" and suggested that the face-lift would take ten years off me. He recommended against less invasive approaches, suggesting that I would be "under-whelmed". I was nervous but proceeded and the surgery went extremely well with Dr. Torgerson doing some work beyond the call of duty as it became evident at the time that this was necessary. I was amazed with the results.... which were better than I had ever anticipated. Dr. Torgerson is genuine, artistic and truly wants amazing results for his patients. He was a great support to me prior to, at the time of and subsequent to the surgery. His rates are competitive and his work was exceptional. He delivered all that he he said he would an much more. My sister and two friends have had similarly excellent experiences with Dr. T. It was my observation from the beginning that he was encouraging me to only the amount of work that was essential to result in a healthy, successful and natural outcome. I had several rhinoplasty surgeries as a result of an accident. I still had difficulties breathing, as well as a nose that looked out of course. (shape) I consulted several Doctors before I met Dr. Torgerson. When I found him, I knew he was going to be the one that would restore my situation. Dr. Torgerson was recommended to me by a colleague. I visited the clinic in 2009 to address excess scar tissue along an eyebrow after a sports injury that was repaired and sutured in a hospital ER. The treatment involved steroid injection and was non-surgical. Dr. Torgerson was precise with his explanation of the procedure and its possible side effects. Dr. Togerson is prudent. Before undertaking any treatment to reduce the remaining scar tissue, he made sure that enough time had passed from the injury date to be certain that the natural healing process had progressed as far as possible. i was extremely happy with the outcome and my experience at the clinic. In 2015, I sought out Dr. Torgerson a second time for a similar procedure to reduce scar tissue after an injury to my hand. Dr. Torgerson manages the quick pace of his busy practice in a friendly way without rushing through consultations or procedures. The clinic staff are extremely friendly and well organized. RESEARCH HIM WITH THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS BEFORE YOU BOOK. You'll see that he has numerous complaints filed against him. Read ALL the horrible one star reviews this man gets on here as well. Unfortunately, it's far too easy to buy five star reviews, and anyone who puts five little stars next to their own name on their instagram handle, might care about optics. This man should NOT be practicing medicine as he is completely incompetent and mentally unhinged! I had my own traumatic experience with him that I'm not going to go into detail about today. I'm also choosing to use a fake name to protect my identity, so don't believe a respond that states they have no record of me using their clinic. Believe me, I did use their clinic and was astounded by this man's temper, unprofessionalism and complete lack of medical knowledge. I still can't believe a doctor this terrible is still practicing. Hopefully it's only a matter of time before his license is revoked. I was referred to Dr. Torgerson by my daughter. I was reluctant to go since I have tried many others with no success. I had a rare case of lip augmentation that I spent thousands of dollars to correct with no improvement. I had given up until my daughter forced my to go for a consultation. After the first consultation, Dr. Torgerson recommended surgery. He explained that was the only option and he continued to explain why and the long term affects. Still reluctant, I decided to give it a try. I didn't believe I would get results especially after hearing his price. It was lower than everyone that failed before him. I've been using Dr. Torgerson for my cosmetic surgery needs now for several years. I first went to see him for a chin implant and I can only say positive things about the experience. His clinic is very conveniently located and I was able to see him on a timely basis. Dr. Torgerson himself is very knowledgeable, and he's very personable at the same time. He answered all my questions and concerns. A big plus for me... he offers a computer simulation program which actually showed what the end results would look like... no other doctor I saw offered this, and this was a huge plus for me. His clinic has a very warm and comforting atmosphere, the surgery went smoothly and his staff were very kind and helpful through the process. I had visited Dr Torgerson for a consultation for revision rhinoplasty. I found he understood the anatomy of the facial features way beyond my previous surgeons understanding. I am in the process of financially planning for a revision rhinoplasty, but in the meantime, he used dermal fillers to create a more proportional and natural looking nose for me. Using only half a syringe, it made a huge difference! I always go to Dr Torgerson for fillers, as they are never overdone and he knows exactly where to inject to create the perfect proportional face. I have been to various surgeons and clinics for fillers, and after visiting Dr Torgerson, I will not be returning to any previous clinics I have been to! I've been seeing Dr. Torgerson for almost 6 months and am very satisfied. I like that he listens to me and then makes suggestions based on my concerns. I received Ulthera treatment at the end of July and I must say, I've noticed some pretty dramatic results.
