He took his time and explained everything in clear, layman's terms and was quite animated in his delivery. He is extremely personable and has a wonderful 'bedside manner', so-to-speak. Blood gushed out like crazy at the time, and that's what happens when an artery is hit. He let me walk out of his office when he knows that I could have had horrible consequences, and should have been sent directly to a hospital. He tried to minimize the situation, and acted as if I was overreacting. His offer was 4 free vials of filler from another injector. 7 years later, my face is still a mess. I have constant headaches and jaw pain. I see that he continues to inject bellafill into patients after the horrendous result with me. I requested the receptionist. She, somehow, understood my agony and discomfort. She asked me to wait if doctor has sometime for me. Eventually, Doctor got me in. Wax problem was so intense that Dr. David took his time and kept working on to resolve the wax problem in a very professional manner. He showed me the inner state of my ear on monitor.
