Due to a serious and sudden trauma to my face, I suffered a disfiguring injury to my nose, and there is NO ONE that I would have trusted to work on my face than Dr. Solomon. I am frankly shocked and suspicious of the negative reviews below, because that has never, not once, been my experience with Dr. Solomon or any of his staff. You have to understand how incredibly busy the clinic is (they opened a second location fo a reason) and how in demand his talents are - and being somemone who has gone under the knife before, who's extremely well-versed in cosmetic surgery or at least, more educated than the average individual, it sounds to me like those unhappy with the results may actually be in fact those who are simply unrealistic. That one review showing a side-by-side graphic with a desired result on the right is absolutely ridiculous, and likely impossible without causing severe breathing issues, but if you never want to breathe through your nose again, by all means. Like really, be realistic. There was nothing inappropriate about his response either - he can't give you the response you're looking for with a facetuned or photoshopped image that is hardly realistic. You just sound delusional and any doctor who DOES promise to provide those results is lying or poor at their job - or both. This was my second septo-rhinoplasty, making the repair after the nose fracture a revision septo-rhinoplasty, and significantly more complicated; this was a far from simply surgery. I had been looking around for a surgeon to consult with about a rhinoplasty or what could be done about the bump on my nose for years and was always skeptical about choosing the right one. From the moment I spoke to the girls in the office I felt instantly at ease. They were all very friendly and helpful with setting up my consultation and with the pre and post op care. They even called a few times after surgery to make sure I was doing okay and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Solomon was exactly the same way. He definitely answered all my questions and addressed my concerns from the very beginning. He definitely has that special personality to make you feel at ease and it was great to speak to him before the surgery as well in case I had any last minute questions. I went in to see Dr Solomon for a non surgery rhino as well as under eye filler. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be going back for a surgery rhino. By far a very impressive plastic surgeon. He has a great eye for detail. The clinic is always booked anyway so that speak volumes, better book 3 weeks in advance if you want to see him but definitely worth the wait! Thanks again doctor !!! Ps: I don't know why there are negative reviews out there about consultations but I think that just goes to show that this doctor is ACTUALLY honest. He will not do something on your that doesn't make sense/if you have unrealistic expectations: as logically, the result will not be congruent. I had been following Dr. Solomon on instagram for the past year and literally every time he posted a before and after picture, I became more amazed by his work. I'm in my early 50's and I was miserable with how I was aging. I decided to take the plunge and meet Dr. Solomon for a facelift consultation. He was great from the start. Super nice, kind and helpful in explaining what he would do for me. I asked him if I should do my nose as well and he was honest in saying, you don't really need it. I had a facelift 5 weeks ago. I went to him 2 years ago for a nose job and he did such a terrific job that it gave me confidence to correct a few other issues that had been bothering me. I loved my visit for nose bump correction. Initially was rooting for a rhinoplasty, but after a discussion with Dr. Solomon, he suggested a non-surgical rhino first to see the results. 6 Months ago I saw Dr. Solomon for correction of my deviated septum. My consultation before this was very easy. The staff was super helpful and Dr. Solomon was very easy to talk to. This was something that bothered me about my face for a very long time. My nose was slightly off to the left side, which the doctor acknowledged and gave me solutions for. I opted for a rhinoplasty and could not be happier with the result. My nose looks very natural, still has my personal features, but it is now straight and doesn't have a bump. Dr. Solomon and my nurse were absolutely amazing!! I had gotten lip injections done by an inexperienced dermatologist exactly a year ago. I ended up with 2 very large lumps under my upper lip. I had done a good amount of research online and Dr. Solomon's suggestion was right in line with what I had read. I was still nervous but everyone did all they could to put me at ease.
