The fact that I was included in on every decision that was made helped to make me feel 100% confident in my decision. The days leading up to the surgery Jenna was amazing in answering every question I had. She never made me feel like I was burdening her with my emails. She went out her way to make sure I was comfortable with the decision to have the procedure. Jenna even came up to see me after surgery to see how I was. The day of surgery I felt so relaxed which is surprising considering I was having a major surgery. The team was amazing and made sure that I knew what was going to happen and that I was okay with everything. When Dr. Shenker called later that night and asked me to describe how the experience was I said amazing cause it truly was. Lauren has been outstanding in my after care, she has explained everything and answered any questions I had. She is there if ever I need to contact her. I would highly recommend this clinic to anybody, the staff and atmosphere they have created is truly one of a kind.

Don't waste your time or money! Go somewhere else- anywhere else. This is the worst place to go if…read moreyou want something done- like a simple mole removal. I went there in March 2013 to have two small moles on my face removed. Dr. DeLorenzi did the shaving technique, rather than the surgery with stitches like I had requested over the phone prior to the procedure. The end result was that one was removed and the other looks the exact same, even though it took two months of healing. When I called them back to request another appointment I indicated that I needed one near the end of the day due to my work schedule. The administrative staff accommodated this and the appointment was scheduled. Then, they continuously called me looking to re-schedule and book different times and were extremely rude and snooty. They were obviously taking new patients and putting me to the end of the list. I spent over $500.00 having this done and wore bandages on my face for two months to be snubbed off when I requested a follow-up appointment because the procedure was not successfully. I wish I would have known this before and I hope this helps young women think twice about going to the Dr. DeLorenzi Clinic for any cosmetic procedures small or large. I couldn't imagine how they would treat you if you weren't happy with a larger procedure that would take even longer to correct.

Dr. Weinberg was a recommended to me by a friend for filler, and I feel very fortunate to have learned of him.
