When I got there I asked to see it before, and after they told me they can't find it in their system but showed us a picture of an eyebrow removal realizing that they wouldn't have a picture because they never did the procedure before. Girl told us that she won't be using any eyeball guard protection which was very unsafe and have asks her if she was supposed to use one and said no during the procedure lying to me about how it was supposed to be done. without the guard protection that was supposed to be used to protect her from the laser treatment she could have gone blind or caused serious eyesight damage her eyelids kept on moving because of the pain but if she would have the guard in place it would have kept her still. After she said it was done she didn't even do the bottom of the eyeliner, only did the top right and did even touch top left eyeliner I even told her that she didn't do all the eyes and told me she did and it just needs to heal which was a fucking lie. Called the office and expressed my concerns. The lady had no disregard and was being a bitch on the phone, kept me on hold probably to tell her friend what she did wrong and told me she was not here in the office when we just did it a couple of hours ago. Anyone that wants to do a cosmetic procedure please do not come to this place. THERE ARE FAR BETTER PLACES THAN THIS FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT CLINIC. Ive had cool sculpting here and they make you feel at home while the treatment is done in a private room with Netflix tv and a drink. I highly recommend this place!

There is always a lengthy wait even with an appt, but there is no one else I would let take off my moles. He does excellent work and you would be way too close for my comfort if you could see a trace of a scar. He also layered off some teeny skin tags in my underarms that were too small to tie off. He also does good work with lightening brown spots that can happen with aging skin that didn't see enough sunscreen over its lifetime. Not mine, but I've seen the results firsthand.

I have constant headaches and jaw pain. I see that he continues to inject bellafill into patients after the horrendous result with me. I have been mentally unprepared to deal with this up until now, but I'm ready to share far and wide and seek action. I have been told by other doctors that had he been honest about what happened, treatment outcomes could have been much better. Now I have to deal with this forever. What she didn't tell me was the cost of the medication was $10 and the remaining $50 was her administration fee. I discovered this when I submitted it to my insurer and got very little reimbursement. I naively thought administering injections was part of her normal services just as it is for my family doctor. I felt there was a real lack of full disclosure on her part. Not impressed! Weeks later I dealt with the nurse coordinator to arrange referral to the plastic surgeon. She requested I email a picture of the skin lesion and she would make the necessary arrangements. She lost the picture somehow and never did anything further including informing me of this. I re-sent the picture again and waited. Well, weeks later - no phone call, no email, nothing! I never heard from her again so I moved on... My experience with this clinic - I would say unprofessional and a poorly run outfit. I suspect they make big coin from doing all their cosmetic procedures so they don't really care about patient referrals from Family Docs.
