I have never heard such nonsensical claims, hollow under eye is often genetic, happens because of weight loss or aging. Secondly, tear trough fillers only, are done by every professional injector. They are trying to oversell more filler treatment then actually necessary and will point out things on your face that don't need to be fixed. Every review, website etc mentions and praises "Megan, the model". This lady's photos on the clinic's website are ridiculous (pretending to be fashion shoots when clearly being amateur). Id be very careful with these people.

The women that work here are highly qualified and recommend the right treatment, not just the most expensive. They don't push you to buy products either. They are pretty average with other spas. I am a believer in spending more for better facial products instead of drug store brands anyways. In terms of the services, they usually have specials going on, which is a great way to try them out. Other than facials, I've also had a massage, manicure and pedicure done at Ici. They were all great. The woman who did my mani/pedi did such a great job that it lasted for many weeks. The only negative is that the place is somewhat outdated in decor and ambience. They could use a reno. The beds for facials and massages are not the best (still ok) but I've seen better. The robes seem a little worn out and the pedicure chairs are old. Also, not much selection for nail polish colours. More should be added. However, I still support this place as I feel there is strong value in their advice and attention to customer satisfaction.

If you do buy packages from this business, double-check to make sure the price includes HST. --Update-- The response from the business doesn't make sense and isn't true: "you purchased our Black Friday special from outside Canada" I live in Toronto, and purchased this package while in Canada. The receptionist who dealt with this issue also told me that multiple people paid a promotional price that didn't include HST. I'm disappointed that the business didn't try to make things right, instead shifting the blame when it clearly wasn't my fault, and other customers were also affected.
