We both had very thorough masseuses; my husband's made sure she was hitting all the right spots, and mine gave me a full body massage including feet and head. The facials were alright, mine was very good (my husband's not so much) and I would probably go back for another. One Tip: They accept Way Spa certificates (which are $75 for $100 ay Costco) but they cannot be used for RMT or hair salon services.

Lily was our receptionist and she was very friendly! My massage was ok. I had Angelina,and she was friendly but her pressure was inconsistent. She also wasn't able to proactively find my knots to concentrate on them. What bothered me most was that she was at least 5mins short of my 45mins massage, so I basically lost over $12 given that massages at hotels are so expensive. The perk is that you can use their gym if you get a service with glow. But given my experience this time, it's unlikely that I'll be coming back.

I've gotten tattoo removal services from other places but the effectiveness of their machines no longer worked on what remains of my tattoo (which was about 75% of original) so I sought out a Pico laser and luckily stumbled upon this place. Service and professionalism is top notch from the moment you enter the facility and Amy has been my Esthetician to help me with my tattoo for the 3 sessions I have had so far. She has consistently been amazing! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I'm looking forward to my remaining sessions for my tattoo removal - I am down to less than 15% of the original so there may not be many left !

It's a very clean and well maintained place. The owner there was very nice and professional. She explained everything to me thoroughly and provided recommendations for various treatments to help achieve what I came for. She didn't pressure me to buy any treatments or products which I really liked. I went for my first session and I had a great experience. The owner ensured I was feeling comfortable all along. I would certainly be returning again.

Red Flag #1: Entry is at the rear of the plaza, not the street side. Red Flag #2: She asked for payment up front. I was supposed to get $20 change but she said since I'm the first customer she would have to go to the store next door to get my change Red Flag #3: Calls me "baby" Red Flag #4-99: The massage was really just her gliding her hands over my body with baby oil. When I asked for harder she went from gliding to literally pounding. She complained that "I'm not strong". At this point I was ready to leave and then she asked me to turn over. Here she says that she pays for the room and that she wants a $20 "tip" (the $20 I was supposed to get in change). She tells me she will give me pleasure for the $20, or not, either way she was keeping the $20. I declined. I was sore and came for pain, not a handy. Then she became abusive and tried to talk me up for more money. She said "I want you happy" so I said, give me my money back. At this point I was so mad I just got up and left. So if you want a handy from a random woman then this is a place you can go to. Be prepared to be robbed though.
