I didn't get any numbing, and it was not necessary and mostly painless. Since it's a low dosage I can still move my face if I try really hard. The Botox took effect after about 2 days. The injector is very skilled and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. She also told me about aftercare and any additional skin treatments she recommended for me. The salon is small but clean, with. A comfy sitting area and a private room in the back for facials.

Olivia was sweet and friendly through our email exchanges. On the day of, I had Michelle as my aesthetician. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She was talkative and kept the conversation going. Her work is quick and thorough. She makes sure to get everything. They use a heated roll on wax here for leg waxes. I ended up having to come back near the end of the day for a Brazilian because my original place had canceled on me. I got Michelle again. Like I mentioned she was very thorough. There's no double dipping here either! It's not something I expected anyways, since the spa is so clean and well kept. Serene music is played throughout the spa and in each room. The decor is beautiful. I came here twice before when it was Body Revival, and I feel that it has upgraded from what it was since.

Ici Paris is a great place to go if you want genuine skin care advice and better than average spa…read moreservices. This is my go-to place for facials. Hands down. The women that work here are highly qualified and recommend the right treatment, not just the most expensive. They don't push you to buy products either. They make recommendations and then leave it up to you to buy if you want. They are willing to provide samples as well. I don't find their products or services too pricey. They are pretty average with other spas. I am a believer in spending more for better facial products instead of drug store brands anyways. In terms of the services, they usually have specials going on, which is a great way to try them out. Other than facials, I've also had a massage, manicure and pedicure done at Ici. They were all great. The woman who did my mani/pedi did such a great job that it lasted for many weeks. The only negative is that the place is somewhat outdated in decor and ambience. They could use a reno. The beds for facials and massages are not the best (still ok) but I've seen better. The robes seem a little worn out and the pedicure chairs are old. Also, not much selection for nail polish colours. More should be added. However, I still support this place as I feel there is strong value in their advice and attention to customer satisfaction.

After two months, at the end of my last treatment, they said they forgot to charge HST (over $200) which I would have to pay immediately. I ended up paying, and it left a very bitter taste. If you do buy packages from this business, double-check to make sure the price includes HST. --Update-- The response from the business doesn't make sense and isn't true: "you purchased our Black Friday special from outside Canada" I live in Toronto, and purchased this package while in Canada. The receptionist who dealt with this issue also told me that multiple people paid a promotional price that didn't include HST. I'm disappointed that the business didn't try to make things right, instead shifting the blame when it clearly wasn't my fault, and other customers were also affected.
