DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Without a doubt the worst company I have ever purchased corvette parts from and have ever done business with for any mail order parts! I had damaged one of the side skirts on my 2015 corvette. I had originally purchased the skirts from Corvette Mods. After looking on line at their site, I talked to the salesperson over the phone. I provided him my previous purchase order number along with the part number that I have on my original invoice and had verified was still the part number shown on their website. I provided a credit card number and ordered the part. I few days later I received the part and it was not what I had ordered and it did not match the side skirt on the other side of my car. I immediately contacted Corvette Mods and explained the problem. The customer service representative asked me to send photos of both the existing part on my car and the part they had sent me. I followed through immediately. After numerous phone calls with them, it was determined and they fully admitted that they had indeed substituted what they called a replacement part for the part I wanted. They also admitted that they had not updated their website with the current information and pictures. I indicated that the part they sent me was not going to match and reminded them that they had the pictures I sent them which proved that. I asked them to either refund my money or send me the correct part. They indicated the part they sent me was the replacement part for what I wanted. This ongoing back and forth discussion went on for months via phone calls and emails with no resolution. Even the customer service lady could not explain or understand why they would not take the part back and refund my money. After several more conversations they did finally offer to take back the part, but I had to pay for the shipping. No doubt I was not happy, they had sent me the wrong part, admitted doing so, agree their website did not show the part they sent me, yet they were still saying this was my fault. After numerous more phone calls they finally sent me a return label with postage paid. I immediately sent the part back. Fortunately for me I did keep the tracking number and all tracking associated with it. After another several weeks and still no refund, even though I had asked them for it several times, as well as proved they had the part back because tracking numbers do not lie, they still did not refund my money. I have all the emails, responses etc. to prove I did everything they requested and they would not refund my money, even thought they told me in was being processed. I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. After a couple of months and me providing all the documentation about what had happened, their responses, their promise to refund my money in full etc. etc. The dispute was determined to be in my favor by my credit card company. Corvette Mods then tried to dispute it again. So another 6 weeks went by and again it was determined by my credit card company that I should have received a refund and thus the credit card company did refund the almost $500. Approximately 2 months later a bill showed up on my credit card for $50 from Corvette Mods. I immediately contacted the credit card company and told them a transaction had taken place by Corvette Mods without my authorization. I indicated this was a clear case of fraud. The credit card company immediately cancelled my credit card and issued me a new one as well as they contacted Corvette Mods and again disputed a claim. Corvette Mods lied to me, did not take responsibility for any of these issues, fraudulently tried to collect another fee from me without my knowledge and I would highly recommend that no one ever do any business with them. They are assuming they can treat ordinary consumers like myself in a manner that shows they could care less, and then expect that those consumers are not going to react. Well Corvette Mods, shame on you and shame on your management. Your lack of respect for customers will catch up with you. read more

I've placed three orders through them so far and have had issues with two of them. One was a part that was not machined correctly and they refused a refund and a replacement. I later took it to a machine shop to have the excess metal milled out. The second problem order I had cancelled then a week later they shipped it to me anyway and then refused my return and won my PayPal dispute over it. From their accent I think the company is actually out of the country, their store front in Texas is just a base they operate from- there is nothing American about them. Aside from that, if you buy from them and they send you the wrong thing they will screw you with seeking a return-- trust I've been there. Purchased a set of lights for my Corvette and parts were missing. Contacted them and they refused to send the missing brackets since I didn't notify them in their fine printed statement stating it needed to done in 72 hrs. Considering I had dealership appointment to install them a week later that bogus stipulation wasn't met. Interesting how missing parts is not covered under a basic warranty. Corvette Mods buys their light kits from (specdtuning.com) and THEY will warranty their parts they sell to Corvette Mods (I contacted them and they gladly stated it's a warranty replacement issue). Corvette mods has hundreds of complaints against them, they should be sued under a class action law suite. Avoid this Sham of a company and go elsewhere.. read more

I ordered sound deading for doors and floors, took over a month before they let me know that half of order was no longer available. ask if I wanted to cancel all of order, I said yes. 3 days later the ship the half of order that they could provide. I had a long drawn out process to get a return authorization. 4 days after getting authorization I received the package. it was up to me to pay for the ups shipping. $28.00 for the pleasure to do business with these people. Bought two tpms sensors. 1 they did not match the ones taken out. 2 with 4 different reset tools they did not wake up. Their customer service is terrible. Plus the vendors don't know crap about how these products work. Because all GM tpms sensors are the same frequency. Duh!!!! read more

They are the worst they show a picture of the part and send you something totally different from what you wanted. There is a reason this company has a ONE STAR rating. There are people who are restoring cars and want at least what they ordered and that's not what you get with corvettemods . Ordered a part but called within 2 hours to cancel, used the number provided to call them rather than email. Person said they would work on cancel order but if for some reason it shipped they I could ask for an rma to return for store credit or pay the fee for a refund. I never opened the box but now they tell me since it was an electric part it could not be returned. It is a retract switch for a c2 headlight and again was not opened. they have a very poor internal communication system. Find another provider read more

We placed an order with them in March. Of course, the virus held everything up.....and it took longer. When I saw they had charged our credit card at the end of March, we tried to contact them by email and phone to see where our parts were. No answer from either source. Since I had paid thru PayPal, I filed a dispute with PayPal, because the company could not be reached. They told PayPal they shipped out the parts, and gave them a tracking number through the USPS. Well, it seems the tracking number they gave, was NOT to our address, or our address. We actually (thru means we can't disclose, found out the address and name of the person that number went to and went and talked to that person. Seems he was restoring an 84 Vette, and had ordered a pack of interior bolts. Our order was for a complete set of body bolts for a 71 Vette.) When we tried to explain them to Corvette Mods (we finally got thru to them), they said, Oh you filed a dispute, we can't talk to you! And PayPal said the dispute was closed, because they gave them a bogus tracking number. I turned Corvette Mods into the BBB of Texas, and our credit card company went after them and gave us our refund! It was for $360.00!!! Horrible customer service, tried to cancel an order, didn't need the part anymore. I called and emailed and apparently no one could help me since the part had allegedly already shipped out. I checked the FedEx tracking number I was provided and called FedEx only to be told that they never received this item, that the shipping label was only printed. After reading some reviews I realized I was probably being scammed so I reported the transaction as fraudulent. I then received an email from Corvette Mods stating that they knew I reported them for fraud and that if I didn't reply within 48 hours, pay a fee and return the part (that I never received and FedEx assured me they never received either) then I would be sent to collections. I called Corvette Mods and asked them what the collections email was about and explained that I had proof that the product was never sent he told me to reply within the 48 hours and once I mentioned my lawyer he told me that he didn't have any record of my transaction or anything. I'm not sure if he thought he could get money from me by trying to intimidate me with empty threats but I certainly hope no one false for these scams. read more

They won't return calls and the call center they use is only set up to take orders. Tried to cancel my order only to get an email demanding a 30% restocking charge for something they don't have and haven't shipped in three weeks. Absolutely the worst supplier I have ever dealt with in my 58 years. I ordered parts Oct 22019. $178.00. They never arrived vs the tracking #. Reported it stolen. Launched an investigation with UPS. Reordered the parts from a dif vendor because the job needed to be completed. The stolen parts arrived 3 weeks later. I paid to ship them back to CM $45. Sent a registered letter they had to sign for. That never came back. I simply asked for my money back. They refused. Gave me a credit for $157 taking yet another $20 off for shipping. I was forced to order from them again. Of course I did not mention the numerous emails calls and runaround they gave me. Unbelievable! Lisa in returns is a flat out liar! Had to file complaints with attorney general and dispute with my bank credit card. My 1st mistake was not reviewing this companys reviews. Placed an order with this company and i had issues with getting my parts 2 weeks late and then like idiot i placed a 2nd order months later, i called the next day to find out the lead time for shipping and was told by peter it takes them 3-5 days to process the order and mine has not been processed yet.i told him to cancel the order his comment was " whatever if that's what you want" told me he cancelled my order i then followed up with rma and email within the hour. Then i get email few minutes later saying my order shipped called back again the customer service dept is closed got hold of sales joey who is very good said order was NOT cancelled and shipping label was created by not picked up yet. In the a.m get email saying they can not cancel the order because it has shipped (BS) called fed ex with tracking # emailed and they said it has NOT been picked up yet so i call peter again and get jerked around and told he has to email the cancelation dept. And find out what is going on and lied about cancelling this order the day before. So i have now filed dispute with paypal, BBB and leaving this review. I purchased 200.00 ring taillights for my c6 Corvette Grand Sport 1 month ago by mistake. After calling and talking to someone twice i was told i had email their return department which i did. After waiting 4 days for a response i was denied a refund. This purchase is still in its original package, never been opened. With this being said i do understand their policy of no returns on electrical parts but if the package was never opened and a consumer has spent 200.00 on a part and has been a customer in the past some consideration should be given to the customer . WARNING!!! Stay away from this online site! By far the worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. I ordered six items, received only three of them and then was made to think I had to prove I only received three by providing them photos. After they realized it was their fault, they took another week to send me two of them. One of them came from Harbor Freight at twice the price. Amazing!!! It seems like many of their products are purchased from other sites which leads to increased cost and extended lead times. My final item took more than six weeks to receive after they continued to tell me it was in the warehouse and was shipping that same day. They lied at least three times before I finally received it weeks after Christmas! Yes, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift! I also wish I had read the reviews. I was going to buy running lights for my C6 and they had a drop-down menu that asked if I wanted resistors for an additional cost. Well resistors have NOTHING to do with running lights, when I found out I tried to call them and they passed me around an no one could answer any questions. Now when I wanted to return they want to charge me a 25% restock fee for something that should not have been ordered. I think that these place boarders on being a fraud.
