Ordered a part for my corvette. Took two months to get it because they said it has to be painted. When I received it, paint color was a different shade, very cheaply made part. RMA authorization took two days and I have to cover return shipment plus they will be taking out a restocking fee for a part that was not the right color match and poorly constructed. They initially said that they would have to contact their supplier to correct the problem I responded that this is their problem as I bought the part from them, not their supplier's, and that I wanted them to send a return authorization and a return shipping label. Corvette Mods does not stand behind what they sell. I purchased a vacuum booster for my 1993 C4, it lasted 15 months, less than 6000 miles and then failed. The original booster lasted 25 years and 165,000 miles. A 70 year old grand mother has been driving this car for 20 years, she has never driven the car hard. I made contact with Corvette Mods regarding this problem with the booster and they told me they would do absolutely nothing about it. There are plenty of good places to by parts for your older corvette, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I will never buy so much as a lug nut from this place again. read more

I ordered a part for my Corvette it came in defective they gave me the hardest time about returning it. when they finally let me return it they charged me a restocking fee and told me there was nothing wrong with the part they are so full of it there was definitely something wrong with the part. now it's funny I even get an email today that I should refer a friend and get $25 I don't need to make an enemy from a friend by referring them. I have been working on a C3 Vette. I recently was in the market for a correct steel transmission vacuum line. Of the popular vendors none showed the correct replacement part, no spot welded mount clip attached. However, they were all priced at around 44$. I found another place, CorvetteMods. Who showed the part on their website with clip for 77$. Now I am more than willing to pay for a correct part. So I ordered it. Shipping was over 30$ due to size of the box. Again, I was ok with it. When I got the part it was just a steel line, no clip. I called to request a return because the item was not as shown on their website. Long story short. They refunded me for the part and had the nerve to charge me a restock fee. They also refused to give me any shipping (there / back) refund. The nice thing was that they did change the picture on their website after dealing with me. But their stand is they are not responsible for the pictures they display. They are "reference" only. What a rotten company. I am at fault for this purchase. Unbelievable! I am out over 70$ after trusting this place. Don't want to see or hear of anyone else going thru this. STAY AWAY FROM CORVETTEMODS in Texas! Zero accountability for the products they sell and apparently don't care about customer service. Everything is good when you order items. When you try to return something they will charge you everything they can to keep your money. Including restock fee & shipping fees to you. They also require you prove to them that they received the part. They don't honor what they say when they give you a RMA. I will never use them again. read more

They are a joke! A family friend used to sell them corvette parts. My family friend would repeatedly try to talk to the owner. Owner to owner. He spoke with someone, not the owner but possibly a manager and he actually claimed that he had no idea what his employees did, pretty much didn't know anything about the company. They rip off their dealers. My family friend was one of them and he also knows of other companies that have had the same experience. They have really bad reviews on the corvette forum, Yelp and the better business bureau has alerts posted on them. read more

Ask this company 20+ times to unsubscribe you from their email list, by unsubscribing, calling them and requesting, and even putting complaints in with the FTC...and still they will never stop emailing you. It is my 20+ time this morning that I've unsubscribed (which won't again be honored), and I've also personally called them about 8 times asking them over the phone to do it. Nothing ever works. Customer Service here is seriously lacking. I just ordered a rim guard for my Vette that I put on and really liked. I purchased another rim guard set for another car and the adhesive on the 2nd one was not sticking at all, this part was defective as I had just installed the 1st one, so I knew this one was defective. I tried calling 3 times and just got short rude answers and was told the return had to be done on-line. They did respond with a return #, but it was not "prepaid." No matter what I have ever ordered, if the part is defective, the company selling the product always covered the postage back. When I asked about that, their response was: "We do not this should have been reported right away (this was 3 1/2 weeks later). The first email we received was a day ago in service also if it is due to install and not properly preparing we are accepting the return to help you out." Really? they are accepting a damaged return to "help me out?" Fortunately, this was an inexpensive item. I would never buy anything here that is pricy knowing what a hassle it is to return an item. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I bought some vinyl interior trim pieces for my 2020 corvette and they did not cover the pieces well and the decal that went on the door speaker covered up some of the inscription on the speaker. I took pictures and sent them in with a request for a refund or store credit. Was emailed back that I was approved for a return but it had to be returned in an unused/uninstalled/in original packaging. How can that happen when I sent the pictures of it already installed??? So I sent them additional pictures of how poorly the decals fit and they denied a refund or store credit because the items were installed. I then called to talk to someone about it rather than just email and was told that the return has been denied. I said I would then leave bad reviews on line and the representative said ok. Really??? This is my first corvette and I'm fairly young. I was already looking at other purchases but certainly will not be making another purchase from this company. read more

I am extremely unhappy with the products I have ordered and received and even more dissatisfied with the time and attention needed to make sure we got the parts we did. We ordered a carbon fiber hood, and when it showed up, it showed up in a West Coast Corvettes' box so when I looked into it more, Corvette Mods charged almost $400 more than the actual WCC website had it for and Corvette Mods does not list the actual sellers. Other products we ordered were unusable and misrepresented or lost for 3 weeks. We had to send the products back, being charged for return shipping and restock fees and then they refused to reimburse us or send us back the product and they told us there was nothing else they can do for me. I really wish there was a 0 stars button because they are an absolute horror to deal with! read more

Apparently, this company only resells items from other companies as it was on order and the ETA was 4 weeks. Their rude response was that they were cancelling the order. I didn't ask for it to be cancelled. Thankfully, I used Paypal and filed a complaint with them so they don't play games on the refund. Do NOT do business with this company. Worst Corvette parts and accessories company out there. Ordered an part that said "available" 1 week later still no status on shipping. Called customer service as an email didn't work. Spoke to someone from another country with a thick accent who read from a script that it would take another 15 business days. 3 weeks later still nothing. Meantime my card was charged the full amount over $300 (this is illegal and should be reported to the SEC). Called and emailed again. Spoke to another person from another country who read again a script to me that this time it would take another 6-8 weeks. Told them I wanted to cancel. They replied fine, but they were going to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I asked for what? The item isn't even in stock? They didn't care. So I disputed with my credit card company and they sided with me that this was unscrupulous. 5 days later I get an email that my item was cancelled since I disputed the charge. Don't do business with this Drop Ship company. They have a habit of not filling the orders they get online. Located in the corner of a hanger with little inventory they can't get the job done. They have a reputation of not crediting orders that were incorrect or never shipped. In my case it was blatant fraud according to post office records. My only option is to go to Texas and sue for the $590.00 plus. I don't have time to deal with Corvette Mods and will have to take the loss... it's maddening! They sent me two of the four decals. The two I received wouldn't even begin to fit where they said they would. I asked them to just send new ones that fit and they wouldn't do it. If I could have given less than one star I would have. Corvette Mods advertised a Painless Performance wiring harness to fit a 1990 -1992 Corvette at a cost of $499.99. Upon receipt of the harness I noticed the ECU connections were not compatible with my car's ECU. Technical Support at Painless Performance informed me that the harness would not in fact work in my car and that it is designed for operating only the engine from my car in another entirely different car such as a street rod. I notified Corvette Mods Customer Service Department via email to request a return authorization for the harness. The email contained the transaction information they should have needed to process the return. Several days later they provided a response requesting I complete an RA form which provided them with ALL of the information I had previously provided. I completed the form only to be informed a week later that they required additional information related to the initial sale, which I then provided. After another week and a half I contacted Customer Service requesting the status of my request. I was informed that they were waiting on a response from Painless Performance as to the address the harness was to be shipped to. Even though I had contacted Corvette Mods a week after receiving the harness, the foot dragging on the part of Corvette Mods to process my return request effectively stretched out the return process beyond the 30 day period they allow for refunds. The harness was returned to Painless Performance and the tracking number was provided to Corvette Mods as directed, at which point Corvette Mods issued me a store credit claiming the return was completed beyond the allowed 30 days. After disputing the charge with my credit card company based on the false advertising of the part and the fact that it had been returned, Corvette Mods attempted to again charge my credit card claiming I was still in possession of the harness. Then they claimed I never returned the part and accused me of cyber-fraud even though I have email documentation of their acknowledgement of receipt of the part. They have now sent the matter to collections seeking to collect $251.11 for a harness that was returned last November. My mistake was not researching the company prior to placing an order with them and seeing the hundreds of horrendous reviews. Now I have to deal with the hassle of providing the transaction history to a third party collection agency. Update: Collection agency ignored my documents proving return of the part and my credit file just took a 115 point "hit". I have already filed a complaint with the State of Texas Attorney Generals Office and WILL be securing the services of an attorney. They pick the wrong person to screw with this time. read more
