My first call for autobody parts. I don't have to pay shipping like the online companies that…read morecharge more in shipping than the bumpers and I get it within a few minutes. As far as the comments saying everything is slow-I can only imagine the inventory they have back there that they would have to go through to get the specific parts they need to pull on the spot. Then add customer after customer and it would get backed up. But for the prices, I'll wait. Before you install parts-test fit and double check what came off the vehicle is the same. That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.

I was in the lurch and Jess at this O'Reilly's came through for me…read more I was on a really tight schedule, and went out to start my car, and it just wouldn't start. A quick jump got me going, and with little time to spare, I drove to this O'Reilly, requesting a battery check. Jess brought the machine out, checking my battery, and the system. Alas, my battery was dead. Jess showed me all of my options, helping me choose the battery that was right for me, after showing me all of the options with a wide price range. As Jess worked we were able to chat. I was so impressed with Jess's desire to help others. As we stood outside, me in a suit and Jess working on my car, I was treated with so much respect. Jess also worked quick, and I made it to my appointment on time. I cannot thank Jess and the team at this O'Reilly enough for getting me back on the road and on to my appointment. I will return to this location any time I find myself in need.

Needed a replacement battery on my way home from work and decided to stop by this location, but oh…read moreboy was I in for a surprise. I have purchased car replacement battery numerous times from AutoZone in North Dallas area, the sales representatives there are always informative and friendly. Unfortunately not at this location... I'm one of those female, who doesn't know anything about car parts. I was hoping the sales rep can help me but to my dismay, he didn't show me what my options are and didn't even bother to tell me about the warranty. When I started to question about what kind of warranty the battery offered, he starts to show signs of annoyance. I did purchased a battery [not the one I prefer) Due to the unprofessionalism of the sales rep, I ended up retuning the battery 30 mins later at a Dallas location in exchange for a gel battery.

I went to oreillys and they could not understand why they would not accept my oil due to the container. The only concern they said would be water or coolant contamination and had no idea why she would deny it on the grounds of what container it came in. Autozone just lost another customer to Oreillys because Oreilly didn't give me the run around and they weren't flat out demeaning in my honest opinion.
