Ordered rock sliders for 2024 Tundra a few months ago. Tried numerous times to get them on my vehicle. Emailed company and no response. Finally took them to my local Toyota dealership who tried over 2 hours and charged me $205.00 to tell me it is impossible to attach the rock sliders. They are defective. My husband purchased rock guard rails for his 2020 Tacoma. He paid extra to have them powder coated by hand in black. He was promised this option was rust free. They started showing rust a couple months after he installed them. This is how they looked when we just took them off. I sure could think of better ways to spend $1,000! The shipping took quite some time too. Over one month total Although they did communicate that they were delayed. He has also purchased a light bar from this company and that seems to be good. Ordered rock sliders with top plate. Bad experience/ service I'm local hear in Dallas I did an address change from pickup order (note parts where ready for pickup) to be shipped to my shop 40 minutes away from there store. And took couple weeks almost a month to get to me. Then during install and top plate fitment wasn't good better with dimple cut out facing up so I was force to install them that way for fitment reason. Then found missing hook hardware for passenger side inside frame. Install instruction horrible I would recommend torque spec and a more clear step by step prep. Also note it took me multiple calls/ emails/ and messaging on there website chat, with them not answering, for eta of part, It was really frustrating try to get a hold of someone. If I didn't allready install my sliders I would return them. Just not happy with service for 1300$ part. And still waiting on hardware! Been a week now. Will not be buying from again. read more

This business is a scam. You might get the rack a bit cheaper than other places but then you need Mollie panels at $139 a piece plus the specific tool mounting device $60-100 a piece. Additionally, they won't answer the phone when you need assistance. We ended up getting a piece of steel and attaching it across the top of our rack and mounting all our own tools to it. I've waited over a month for a catalytic converter shield. I was first excited because I read good reviews on this product And after having my catalytic converters stolen, I thought I'd have my problem solved after purchasing this product. I finally received the product and after installing, it has a huge gap in between the shield and converter. I tested it with my sawzaw and I can 100% cut off my converter if I chose to. I didn't expect 100% coverage but I at least expected some coverage. This is disappointing to say the least. The material isn't the problem. It's the way it's designed that does not seem to be functioning. I have attached photos below. This was a total waste of time and money in my opinion. read more

The Overland Vehicle Systems (OVS) Nomadic 270LTE Awning was recommended for my Subaru Forester Wilderness and appeared to be a good match for my Front Runner Slimline II Rack. I was able to find the best price via Cali Raised. The 270 degrees is nice. The quality seems good. My rack is centered, so it decreased the amount of coverage I have. Also, I required a specific mounting part that's compatible with my rack, so I couldn't use the universal mount that came with the OVS awning on my Slimline II. Initially Cali Raised indicated that this product was on backorder and was supposed to ship much later, but it arrived more than 2 weeks earlier than expected. Overall, this awning is very good. Easy to install, unless your rack requires additional specific parts for mounting. I get lots of complements on it. I am so glad I found Cali Raised, as they offered a competitive prices and shipped promptly. I recommend this seller, the OVS brand, and awning. read more

I recently ordered the molle panels for the back seat of my 4runner and received 3 packages that were opened and re-sealed and had mold growing on them from water damage. The water also damaged the panels causing them to rust. This is the same company that sent my little brother opened packages for his roof rack that were missing pieces. Ordered Tacoma bedrack. Arrived missing ALL the hardware... not a single nut or bolt and the brackets to attach it to the bed. Customer service picked up the phone and resolved the issue by sending the missing parts however, I am extremely disappointed that it's caused a nearly two week delay to my build.
