We received your letter thanking us for coming to you for the repair of the brake line in our 5th wheel Grand Design. We need to be thanking you! As you may remember, we had travelled from New Hampshire to Fort Worth when we discovered a broken brake line in Tennessee. We called a few truck repair places in the Fort Worth area before we were lucky enough to find you. The other truck repair places immediately said they could not help us. You, on the other hand, were so kind to us. You took the time to hear about the issue, asked us to send a picture of the broken brake line and said to come right over and you would try to fix it. When we arrived, you had us immediately back into a bay and set about finding parts. Your mechanics could not have been nicer! Everyone was so professional and helpful. We knew we had somehow found the best place for truck repair in all of Fort Worth. The brake line was replaced, the brake fluid flushed and replaced and we were able to drive away from S-K Truck completely repaired, 3 hours after our arrival. What a relief! You also told us initially upon arrival that if the repair couldn't be completed that day you would have us hooked up to your electric and we could stay in the RV in the bay for night if necessary. We can't tell you how much we appreciated the work S-K truck did. The brake line on the RV works great now. We made it home safely to New Hampshire despite the torrential rains.
