Not only is he personable, he went beyond the call of duty when he detoured to show us a couple of historic places which included a hotel from the 1600s and a castle. This was done at no extra charge! We loved everything he showed us and were so grateful we didn't have to spend a wonderful sunny afternoon sitting in an airport hotel bored to death.
