A coworker told me about Corporate Deli and raved about how good their food is at a reasonable cost. I ended up going twice while visiting Denver. The first trip I had a BLT sandwich and peanut butter milkshake. The BLT was really good but the milkshake tasted a little powdery. For my second trip, I had their pancake special and it was delicious! The portion was huge so I actually ate it in two sittings. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my food. I work in downtown Denver and have for 5 years now and had never known of this place until a coworker last year stumbled upon it, this is by far the best place for breakfast or lunch. They always have great lunch specials, fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, everything they make is fresh and delicious. I love their breakfast burritos and also their hangover breakfast and for lunch I love their Lime, Cilantro and Quinoa salad and my favorite soup is their Thai curry chicken and Broccoli Cheddar, my favorite special is the Dagwood. This place is a hidden gem and Mark and them provide great amazing service, they have a variety of options for all food types. This is a hidden gem in downtown Denver. The food is all great. Breakfast can be a full meal or a delicious burrito to take out. Lunch offers daily specials, fresh soups and salads and tasty sandwiches. And it's far less expensive than anywhere else you're going to find in the heart of downtown. Quick, cheap, and my smother burrito was ugh. Inside next to a charle swabb office is this very homey dive in experience. My burrito was smother with a generic sweet tomato can with pork pieces. Everything inside tasted like preheated ingredients. Sorry Corporate you don't cut it. Not even with your hands you can cut a sheet of paper. This is the place for a fast, inexpensive and taste satisfying breakfast or lunch! Employees that work here are wonderful, probably the best service around for being in an office building location. Their food kind of reminds me as having a home style kind of flavor from their sandwiches, soups, pasta salads and breakfast. Simple but delicious. They always have specials and keep it up dated every day on their web site. Also their cantering and delivery is fast and fresh. I work across the street from them and every now and then we do catering breakfast for our meetings, mostly burritos, fruit and pasteries. I give them a 3 only because I prefer other places over their style but am always keeping them in mind for their fast and friendly service which I rate a 5! Great little deli tucked away on the interior first floor of a skyscraper. Fortunately the name is on the outside, almost like it's the name of the tower. I had the Reuben and a pickle. Tasty and fresh! Looks also like they make their own salads: potato salad, tuna salad, pasta salad, egg salad, et al. Workers dashing off to lunch told me this is a family owned deli. I gave the reduced number of stars because the main lady (owner?) is literally always SO RUDE to me. She will completely ignore my thank you's and rolls her eyes. I've used the Corporate Deli's catering service twice now, and it has been phenomenal both times. Todd, whom I assume to be the owner is so nice and accommodating, and always on time or early! All of his food has been awesome, with the bonus of having really satisfying vegan and vegetarian options. The Long Version: I work across the street from Corporate Deli and found out about them through some ladies at work as 'the secret place to go' for breakfast and lunch. And boy were they right! I love this place! They serve breakfast (burritos, sandwiches, eggs, potatoes, etc) until 10:30am, which is awesome because I don't get to work until after 9:30. And their lunch specials cant be beat: 3-4 different daily specials that usually include some combo of sandwich, deli salad and drink. I've tried a few different sandwiches and salads and every one has been awesome. After 15+ trips to this place, I can honestly say I've been way happy with their food/service every time. (Did I mention that I've NEVER had to wait more than a few mins for my order here?) I'm actually writing this review just after I've scarfed down lunch for today: their 'Auditor' sandwich, broccoli & cauliflower salad and a bottle of water (one of the daily special and a whopping $6 including tax!!). This Downtown Denver food counter deserves your attention because the food is good, and service is personal, familiar, and fast. I ordered a breakfast burrito: a rather large concoction of scrambled eggs, cheese, potatoes, and green chili sauce (optional). Somehow I didn't want any meat in my burrito this morning, so I just topped the whole thing off with some orange juice. It was fantastic. The very best thing about this place is that they are staggeringly fast. You order your sandwich, and by the time you pay, it's done. They make good old hot and cold American sandwiches piled with deli meat and cheese, served on white-bread baguettes. I'm not a fan of the soup. I am a regular here and noticing the counter lady is snide if I don't tip. I guess that is how they offset the cheap prices. It's easy to overlook because it's on the ground floor of a large office building and only has a tiny sign on the front of the building, but it delivers. They serve some of the the best no-frills deli sandwiches I've had in Denver (which is lacking in legit old-school delis) and they are super affordable. The excellent service here would get 5 stars from me. I can grab lunch here in under 5 minutes and my order has never been messed up. The employees behind the counter are extremely friendly, especially the women often tending to the cash register. I feel like I am her long lost child the way she sends me off into the world with my sandwich. I'm happy to frequent a place where I can get my choice of meats, cheeses, veggies (even sprouts, my fav) on fresh bread for $5. Not $8+ like many places downtown that are smoking crack. $5 here will get you a fat sandwich and a pickle spear. Their daily specials include chips and a drink for about the same price, still under $6. The chicken noodle soup has served me well when trying to fend off a cold and you can get a cup of frozen yogurt for much cheaper than anywhere on 16th. There is always ample seating and good reading strewn about. Sometimes I come here when I have forgotten to put dressing on my homemade salad and they give me a packet for a quarter. Plus they sell Boulder Chips in the big bags for less than my grocery store. It's definitely not fancy or gourmet but I'm a Corporate girl all the way. read more

Chicken Parm lunch special tasted like one of those microwave chicken sandwiches. I have had better out of a vending machine. Was going to give it two stars simply because the staff was nice but really, the food was that bad that one star is all I can give. The chicken was dried out, the breading soggy and tasteless, the cheese bland, the tomato sauce tasted like Ragu and the roll tasted stale. Even the pickle they asked me if I wanted with it didn't come out on the plate. Go to Backcountry or Cook Street if you want a Deli. read more
