Although I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews, ( I usually walk away from a bad experience and simply never use them again.) However, in this case I feel compelled to let people know the terrible customer service I received From Coronado Stone. I'm sure they normally deal with bigger jobs, but I would expect them to treat all customers the same. My mom paid $3,300 for material to Coronado stone, so it wasn't a terribly little job either. The sales rep, Alicia, seemed nice enough and helped us place the order. We were told it would take 6 weeks and later they gave us the delivery date. We set up for our contractor to be there that morning and start the job, no rock was delivered. I called later that day and they couldn't even find my mom in their system. I had to send them a copy of my contract, mind you the job was prepaid. After talking to a few reps the order was finally put through. Then when the order finally arrived, the amount on the wall cap was off by 47 pieces. They wanted to charge me another delivery fee for their mistake. Thank goodness I saved all of my emails with Alicia which proved that I gave the correct measurements and she put in the wrong amount for the order. When I sent them the emails they took off the delivery fee for the mistake they made. But the contractor had to come back again, at my moms expense. The final disappointment came when I called them to come pick up the 6 large crates. Alicia told me they would be picked up by the company at a decreased return rate of $3.50 each rather then $7, if we brought them back ourselves. She showed me on the contract we signed where it states the same thing. Now I'm calling to have them picked up and they told me it is not their policy unless they are doing another job for us, which is ridiculous because this is a single residence and it's obvious we wouldn't be needing them for another stone delivery and it doesn't say that on the contract. Some how I was just supposed to know this little piece of information even thought it doesn't say that anywhere and I wasn't told that either. If you are a big company this might be the right place for you since they might value your repeat business and honor what they claim they will do. But if you are doing a home improvement for your own home I strongly urge you to use another company. 3 issues in one small job. No skin off there back but it was a pain to deal with all there errors, not to mention the extra money it cost us. And now I have to figure out how to get rid of 6 large wooden crates because they won't honor what the rep told me at the beginning and what's clearly on the contract we signed. Fast service and very friendly. I had to get stone products for landscaping and was very affordable.

If your rock is outside beware. We had ours for only 10 months before it was ruined. We sealed 3x with recommended sealer and within only 10 months the paint was wore off and white. I called to tell them and they said sorry and sent out a patch kit with no instructions. I called to ask how exactly to use it and if they could send someone to help me since this was not a patch but large area of paint missing. They denied help and emailed instructions. You have to mix the colors with concrete glue and paint the rocks yourself hoping that it looks like the rest of your project. Very difficult if you have a large area. How unprofessional....Looks horrible becauseit doesn't match the rest of the house.!!! Very disappointed in this company. They should have made that right. read more

The manufactured stone veneer is awful. The color and texture are not even close to the wonderful photographs in the Coronado brochure. Ordered Aspen Quick Stack and there is little to no color variation; basically looks like mud brown. Awful. Buyer beware. Make sure you gain a sample before ordering. read more

Beautiful product. We used a new profile called Artisan Ledge and the installer said it made for an easy application. We cannot tell the difference between the Coronado Stone and real stone, although the Coronado was much less expensive. read more
