She started with the loofa before my daughter even soaked in the water! My mom and I went to get manicures while on vacation. The salon rushed us through the process and made it clear they expected a tip at the end of the service. Their prices are also higher than most. Our nails turned out just okay--the French manicure done on mine is crooked in places. I would recommend looking other places if possible. read more

I picked out a color that was not true to shade. I got a pedicure and when cleaning up my nails I was cut. It did not stop bleeding even when nail glue was applied 5 times to the area. Not once was I asked how I was doing. She didn't even tell me about it, I found out my self. Also she left parts of my nail open not getting them all. The vibe of the place was also horrible. I was told the price was one amount and when I checked my account the next day they charged $37 more A total of $154 for what was described above. I declined receipt when I paid. I was hoping to get pedi and mani at this place. Only two people working. The pedi lady, who is super sweet but speaks zero English, runs back and forth between five chairs trying to take care of everyone while being ordered around by this woman, Annie, in Vietnamese, who was doing another customer's nail. I made an appt with her before I went but when I got there she seemed had no idea, I only spoke to her twenty mins ago. She asked me questions while doing someone else's nails. She was rude, condescending. I left, I looked at their nail polish selections, never heard of any of those brands other than few scattered ones on the table. read more

The service was very unprofessional on every level. My friend's daughter went with her friend. She came back in tears and when I saw how bad her nails came out I was furious. I went back to the shop and the nail lady who rushed through the job so she could take care of her regular to do her job the correct way according to regulation and standards. I even had a question if she even had a nail license and how long though she went to school. The nails came out crooked, thin and very badly shaped. They were lumpy and uneven somewhere around somewhere a little bit more square you could tell that she rushed through it. She did both pedicure and a full set acrylic in less than an hour now everyone who gets their nails done knows that it takes a lot longer. She never even put a Bridge on her acrylics using the acrylic. She also didn't file properly. They treat Tourist horribly!! Too bad for her. She didn't realize that for one we're not! And secondly, I guess she didn't expect somebody to actually have known about nails that went to school to do nails, just the same as them. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau to do a full investigation into the company. As well as having everyone's license investigated so I will be calling the licensing board. I definitely do not recommend anybody to come. you can catch aids syphilis and a few more other blood transmitted diseases, especially if they are not properly sanitizing. Which I didn't notice any sanitizing units anywhere. They also wanted to apply polish without having the nail bed properly cleaned from all the dust from the filing and using the drill. I just want everyone to be aware of what they are getting into when walking into this place I know it seems convenient but they are charging people $60-$70 to have their nails done and they can't even take the time to do them. While I was up there making the lady redo them she literally told me she didn't have time for this and I told her if she had done her job to begin with the correct way, we wouldn't be here and if she doesn't feel like she has time to do somebody's nails, maybe she shouldn't be in the business of doing somebody's Nails. It's sad I had to stick up for a teenager because they just take advantage of people left and right all over preferring a regular who told the lady numerous times she was perfectly fine waiting. read more

I am not one to write reviews often but I should have listened to others. I recently went there with a friend to receive a mani/pedi. The call to make an appt. was on a good note. When we arrived, sat in our chairs, things took a turn for the worse experience I have ever had in my life! We were the only customers in the entire place other than the two workers. While she was doing my pedicure I was cut due to her rushing through the process. My toe was hurting due to her mishap. I addressed the issue what had happened, she was nonchalant and did not want to acknowledge what happened. The end result of my pedi was uneven polish and a painful throbbing toe! My mani was not done at a table afterwards. It was chair side with a bowl of hot water, file and polish. Again rushed and lack of service. This was my first time at Corolla Nails and I will never go back again. There are only two nail salons in Corolla. Do yourself a favor and please reconsider going here. This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. If I could give it negative stars I would. I came in and asked for a fill. She took off my nails I had on and just put gel powder on my real nails. I asked for square French tips and all of my nails are different shapes and sizes. And my tips are thick and smudged. I had my hopes up but when she was done I was very upset. I asked how much it was going to cost and she told me $65. On their sheet a full set was only supposed to be $55 so I was confused on why mine were so pricey when she told me it would be the same price as a fill. I pay a lot for nails at home but they look good. I asked her if she could redo them and give me a full set because I wanted the extra length of acrylics. My 9 year old cousin got a gel manicure for $30 dollars and hers look nicer than mine. She refused to redo them and said she spent her time so that made up for the cost and I should've told her sooner. When she began my nails were much longer and them being shortened would've bothered me as much if they all looked the same. She was the only one there and spent about an hour splitting her time between my friend and I whose nails were also very short and some are crooked she her time shouldn't be an excuse.
