This is my new go to spot! I'll probably only be going here for all my mani pedi needs!…read more I visited on a Saturday evening about 30 mins before they closed. I checked with them to see if they had time to do a pedi or if I should just schedule for the next day. They were happy to get me in. They offered me a drink & sat me in a clean chair. This was one of the most relaxing & nice pedi. It didn't feel rushed even despite how close it was to them closing! They did a great job with the gel polish! The facility was very clean and felt sanitary as they even used fresh tools. Highly recommend this salon!

We actually arrived 30 minutes early just because we could and were seated fairly quickly. The water in my tub was much too warm and I told the girl to make it cooler. I'm not sure if she didn't understand, but it didn't get cooler, so I asked again. It STILL didn't get cooler. Ugh. We sat in chairs at 4:04 and we were out of there by 4:42. While the polish looks fine and it was generally an overall "fine" experience, it just didn't stand out to me and we expected the massage parts to take longer. She didn't even massage my feet. The massage chair was my least favorite part; felt like I was riding a roller coaster or something. The control panel was whacked! I think the cleanliness of the salon is lacking as well. There were hair particles on the chairs and on the counter when I went to pay. Yuck. I've already got a dedicated nail place in VB, so I'll stick with that one.

Run from this salon. If I could give negative stars I would!…read more Look at the pictures! My experience cost me far more than money....it may have permanently damaged my natural nails! I stayed with Davina at Devinn Nail Bar for nearly two years because it was convenient to my house and they could do the simple nail art I liked. Looking back, that was a huge mistake. They butchered my nails. Every single appointment was painful. I repeatedly told them they were hurting me while filing, and every time I was told to "relax." I trusted that maybe this was normal because they were the professionals. It wasn't. I finally went to a new salon, and the nail technician was shocked when she examined my nails. She told me this was one of the worst over-filed sets she had seen in her career. The techs at Devinn nail bar had not only over-filed my nails every time, but had filed deep grooves into my natural nail plates. Every fill left visible gouges in my actual nails. Because of the damage, my nails are now lifting from the nail bed. I've been told I need to remove my nails completely and take a long break to give them the best chance to heal. Recovery is expected to take many months, and there is no guarantee they'll return to normal. This is on top of being treated rudely, long wait times, constantly increasing prices, being confronted by management over my honest review, and being treated differently after I expressed concerns. I regret staying as long as I did. If I had known the long-term damage being done every time I sat in that chair, I would have left a long time ago!

I did a soak-off while the he was waiting for his client to respond back and thankfully they agreed to be moved back to 11am (thanks Terrie!) So happy I gave this place a try. There were only 3 techs working when I went in, and even though it was quiet, each tech was with someone and it seemed like a solid team and work environment. My tech, maybe his name is Ky?, he was amazing. Super fun to talk to and easy going, I'm not rlly one to talk but he was asking all the questions and being funny and making me feel right at home. I had a really good experience, plus my nails turned out freaking bomb It was my first gel-x set because I was tired of how thick acrylic sets can be and how the color on them often chips/scratches off. Ky paid such great attention to detail, checking the underside of my nails after polishing them to make sure they were neat all the way around and periodically asking if I was satisfied with how they looked. Could have not had a better experience, I can't wait to come back!!

I understand businesses can be busy and may have scheduling limitations, but the way I was approached felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. A courteous explanation would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative first impression before I even had the opportunity to step inside.

First, the woman who did my daughter's nails had no personality and seemed miserable and unsmiling. My daughter was a little apprehensive of the whole thing and so every time my daughter had an issue, the tech would come to me, but in like, an exasperated way. Didn't even try to reassure my daughter or make it seem fun. Seemed to not know how to work with kids to make it enjoyable for them. As for myself, the tech was fine. I paid for a basic manicure (no gel since I wanted to see how they were), and the next level pedicure. They were just OK but not a lot spent on foot and calf or hand massages. Overall for both of us, it was about $135. I think that was with tip. Kid's mani and pedi were $20 each, my "fancy" pedicure was $48 I think, and manicure was $35? Now, I'm from NYC , and when you give a tip, they give you a nice back massage at the chair for like 5 minutes. Not here, so I was disappointed. Prices are cheaper in NYC as well. I was not a fan of the line of polishes they carry. I like Essie or OPI polishes and they were not available. Just some name I've never heard of. I like subtle, natural, nude/natural colors, and the closest I could find turned out to look like pastel dry erase chalk. Fine for brighter colors for pedi, but not the look I wanted for mani. Honestly, I could've saved a ton of money and just given my daughter her mani/pedi at home, but wanted her to have a good experience. She didn't have a great experience and probably won't go with me again. I'll be trying other nail salons. This just didn't cut it.
