I understand businesses can be busy and may have scheduling limitations, but the way I was approached felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. A courteous explanation would have been appreciated. She did not clean up around my cuticles and was left with hang nails and acrylic around my nails. The acrylic was stuck to my skin underneath my nail and was not sanded down. The acrylic is lumpy and not smooth. I asked for French nails and the painting process was also rushed so my French is different shapes. Some of my nails are already starting to separate and I got this done 3 days ago. Also went to pay and whoever took my payment made up a price off the top of their head. I was Charged $69 for an overlay & eyebrows. Work done & services performed definitely did not reflect $69.

I'm giving a two star review because she ripped out part of my toe. I guess trying to get the ingrown toenail out although I don't think I really had one, but my toe is swollen now and I've been having to soak it Epsom salt every night. I can tell it to get infected. I'm trying to pray that it doesn't. I honestly am considering calling to see if I can get a refund because I'm so upset. I shouldn't be having to soak my toes after getting a pedicure, but the toe is all swollen red. I can just tell she took out the whole side section of my big toe that didn't need to come out so now the area beside my nail is trying to heal
