You're not welcomed. We are booked up." What made this experience even more confusing was that there was only one vehicle parked in front of the business, and the window clearly displayed a sign that said "Walk-Ins Welcomed." I understand businesses can be busy and may have scheduling limitations, but the way I was approached felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. A courteous explanation would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative first impression before I even had the opportunity to step inside.

I don't know how many appointments they had on the books, but a younger gentleman came from the back and ran the water for my pedicure to get me started. In the meantime, Tina came in and gave me a pedicure. I think they actually squeezed me in since 2 other customers came in while I was getting my pedicure. They were very nice and Tina did a great job. As I was leaving, the older gentleman did mention to me that I was lucky to get in for a pedicure since they are normally very busy in the afternoon.

She also didn't trim the cuticles. She forgot to use a base coat. She tried fanning my nails dry with a piece of paper, while doing so she chipped the paint on 3 of my toes. Some of my nails are already starting to separate and I got this done 3 days ago. Also went to pay and whoever took my payment made up a price off the top of their head. I was Charged $69 for an overlay & eyebrows. Work done & services performed definitely did not reflect $69.

I'm trying to pray that it doesn't. I honestly am considering calling to see if I can get a refund because I'm so upset. I shouldn't be having to soak my toes after getting a pedicure, but the toe is all swollen red.
