Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative. Actually, everyone was but I wouldn't have been able to remember all of their names lol but I specifically wanted to shout out Alex and Cadence. They have a return customer going forward, and I'll be sure to thank my cousin for the recommendation. I'll also kick myself for not listening sooner lol

When it was my turn, I was directed in to the exact spot. They told me what kind of oil my car used and what the price was. In 15 minutes I was on my way. The price was about $10 more than my regular garage, but the convenience factor was huge. I will generally want to go to my mechanic for regular maintenance because they keep me informed about other potential future repairs looming, but for an oil change, this worked out well.

A few months later, I had a pretty bad vibration in the front end. They diagnosed it as a warped rotor, turned both front rotors and everything was fine. A few more months later, the vibration came back. They diagnosed it again as a warped rotor and replaced both front rotors this time because they could not be turned again. Another month went by and guess what, the vibration was back. This time they said the rotors "looked fine" and it was a loose tie rod end. They replaced the tire rod end and did an alignment. As I was paying for it, the mechanic brought out my keys and said there was still vibration, but I needed to buy higher quality rotors, maybe titanium. So at least one of the rotors that "looked fine" was still warped. They chose the rotors that were installed. I was not asked, nor given an option for higher quality. This is a midsize SUV, not a high-performance vehicle that would need titanium rotors. So now I still have a warped rotor and I'm gonna have to pay somebody else to do a brake job with quality parts. Never going back.

After calling for weeks and getting the run around, my father went up to the 84th L location where the truck was still sitting outside which they had told me it was going to be towed to another location (65th L) where they have been working out of due to storm. The next day they magically contacted me and said my ignition module and ABS module were bad. Not once after they did the diagnostics to determine those modules were bad did they bring up the brake booster, which would've showed when they hooked the vehicle to the computer to determine the modules were bad!. Had a prior diagnostic done from the Jeep dealership which the brake booster did not show up as needing to be replaced, only showed lost communication to a module. Took about two weeks to repair. Paid $2500, when I picked up my vehicle all these lights were on my dash which wasn't on there when I dropped my truck off. Brake light, Airbag, and mile odometer was flashing. They advised when I picked up my vehicle that something was wrong with my brake booster, which is connected to the ABS module they said they had to replace. I requested to see the old modules to ensure they were replaced and they were not provided. Prior to this they told me they were having a hard time programming the ABS module. I still reiterated that the lights on my dash were not there when I towed the vehicle to them. They advised for additional $1200 they can repair the brake booster that they damaged.

After waiting all day for a response he finally got a call from Paul grudgingly saying that they would want the car back to have someone come over and touch up the paint, of course not a body shop but a alignment and wheel shop. He told them that he didn't feel comfortable bring it back to the same people that damaged it and he asked for a actual body shop to do the work of course after explaining that to Paul he said no this is the only way and that's it! We were able to get a same day appointment, they had the parts needed for our sprinter (which is rare), and had the job complete in just a few hours. Thankfully, they also had a garage large enough for our Sprinter (also rare in our experience). They even accommodated our whole family in their waiting room while they worked (my husband, our 7 month old baby, our 2 dogs and me).
