I ordered the Brisket sandwich, fries and a drink. It was all fine. I love the fatty portion of the brisket. The dry part less so. There was too much of the latter and not enough of the former. The one thing they really lack here is a Carolina vinegar based sauce. The other sauces don't really inspire me. Please add a Carolina sauce. All that said, the older gentleman who was porting and bussing tables is a real charmer and obviously enjoys his job explaining the virtues of Mission BBQ food preparations.

The burger truck was king, now there's somewhere like a spooky hotel in Troy you could find it, but the service sucks. The food is terrible and I bought one of those weird rice bowls. They didn't tell me that there's no sauce that goes on it so I could've had one of those. Let me think what they're called Roman noodles would've been better, then now they got this new Stuff. Wings it felt like I was eating microwave wings with sauce on them disgusting rubbery. I don't want anybody to go there. It's freaking garbage spending top dollar for garbage when you can just go to McDonald's or Burger King. They were good if you don't keep your customers, happy and make good food just closed down.. they asked for a star. I can't put nothing so one is just because I have to.

I ordered the Spicy Chicken Shawarma, and it was absolutely incredible--packed with flavor and generously portioned. We also tried the Cheesesteak Egg Rolls and the Shrimp Po' Boy, and both were outstanding. The food was so good that we came back the very next week. This time, we split the Detroit Cheesesteak and an order of Garlic Cilantro Fries with their jalapeño ketchup. Once again, everything was phenomenal. The quality, flavor, and portions are second to none. Every meal we've had has been fresh, delicious, and more than enough food. Detroit 75 Kitchen is an easy 10/10 any day of the week. It is about $15 after tax, which may or may not include a 3% credit card charge. I really enjoyed the noodles, which were not too heavy, not too oily, with good flavor. The veggie on the side,I believe it was Manchurian, had a good Chinese Indo flavor to it. Several other Indian patrons in their cars waiting for their orders as well. Service was nice and friendly as it was a cold day, and they offer to bring the takeout to your car. Only issue was that it took them about 25 minutes to make, which was definitely longer than expected. I might try their other items, especially considering the cook time, and will probably call ahead next time.

In 2024, I was in Florida waiting to hear back on a few jobs. As a foodie, I had seen their video come across my page. I was like hmm I wonder where this place is (fully thinking it would be LA and not a place I'd be visiting anytime soon). Turns out it was Detroit. I died laughing because I though wow, that's one place I'm 100% not going to anytime soon. Turns out, I was wrong. Got a job, loved the city and loved this place too. The sandwiches are all great, some days the filling leaves me wanting more. The fries are fire if you get them right away and before they enter the steam trap. That said, the biggest fan favorite for me here would be the jalapeno ketchup and lemonade. Both fantastic and worth coming here alone for (yes, ketchup can be that good). The service can get backed up occasionally, but for the most part, good. They do their best to facelift a food truck experience, but the location isn't really that ideal for outdoor eating.

The salsa verde and rice were okay, I wasn't wowed so I probably wouldn't order them again. But, the main dishes were definitely stand out delicious! The tacos came with a yummy red hot salsa and the seasoning on the steak was great! The portions were HUGE!!! In my opinion this balanced out the higher cost compared to other taco joints in the area. Needless to say, I'll be back!
