Saw this new Indian place pop up. It is a nice little food truck in the parking lot of a gas station. After some debating, I got the Indo-Chinese combo which comes with haka noodles. It is about $15 after tax, which may or may not include a 3% credit card charge. I really enjoyed the noodles, which were not too heavy, not too oily, with good flavor. The veggie on the side,I believe it was Manchurian, had a good Chinese Indo flavor to it.
Several other Indian patrons in their cars waiting for their orders as well.
Service was nice and friendly as it was a cold day, and they offer to bring the takeout to your car.
Only issue was that it took them about 25 minutes to make, which was definitely longer than expected.
I might try their other items, especially considering the cook time, and will probably call ahead next time. read more
