Again I gave the tech 5 stars but again they called and began trying to get a better "customer review". Told them the cost was insane and it seems like a case of fraud as I never got a detailed receipt outlining the parts etc. I'm thinking of collecting info and retaining a lawyer to get to the bottom of this.
