I looked for an honest, reliable, trustworthy and more than anything wouldn't take an advantage of a woman that usually we don't much about home repairs and after going around and around shopping for prcices I find out this small but more knowledgeable didn't sound bothered when I asked him a thousands questions, my water heater was leaking and it had to be replaced at the best price I could find, and yes left my basement cleaner than when he started the job.
