And the answer would be no. Matt is actually, legitimately, professionally that good. A rare combination of quick service, friendly demeanor, and professional expertise in approaching plumbing and mechanical challenges. As anyone who's ever had to deal with complex mechanical or plumbing projects knows, there's always more than one way to approach a problem, and Matt's creative and thoughtful approach to these situations is a great way to ensure the work gets done well and within budget. I've used Matt for both servicing of heat pumps and installation of whole house water filters and all situations Matt's been fast, effective, and reasonable on pricing. Compare that other larger providers with longer turnaround times and a litany of subcontractors feeding their over-capitalized organizations where you can't actually interact with another human being without a corporate iPad price quote for services you don't need and a markup, you don't want to pay intrinsically involved. Here's a professional who's legitimately interested in understanding the project and doing the work well.

No words can describe how much I really appreciate Rudy's quick response, punctuality,…read morecourteousness, professionalism and he's reliable! My HVAC on the second floor was running but no cold air outputs. It was a Friday afternoon and eve of July 4th. We have been having extremely hot and humid weather, over 90 degrees temps that week and it was baking up my second floor in no time, I called around to get a Technician who would come to look at the issues but to no avail until after July 6th onwards. My hope sank, but thank God one positive person responded, Rudy from CK Services took the job, diagnosed it and replaced the bad/old capacitor. Luckily, he got a brand new in box in his truck and that saved my second floor to cool down again! To me pricing wise is reasonable because it was an emergency situation and to wait until over the weekend my second floor would have completely been baked alive and soaked in humidity! Thank you very much Rudy, you're a savior and I truly appreciated your help. I'm thankful, grateful and blessed that now I know whom I will call for AC services. I definitely recommend your expertise to my friends. Happy 4th to you and family.

I was given an appointment that was accommodating to my schedule and I received a text to confirm the date and arrival time. During my service appointment, Rudy completed an evaluation and provided me with feedback of things that another company did not complete correctly during the initial installation of the furnace. This was followed up with an estimate of repair work that needed to be completed via email and text message. I decided to go with the recommendations as explained. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner by Rudy including updates along the way. It has been a week since the job was completed and although I don't know much about furnaces, I can say that my furnace has smoother sounds through the ventilation system. Sounds to me that the improvements made the system not work as hard as before.

Ironically, a few hours later my water heater stopped working too. Charles said he didn't want me to be without hot water and didn't want the leak to get worse, so he made arrangements to his schedule to come out the very next morning. They looked at the water heater and it was a simple problem they were able to fix in five minutes. He didn't even charge me for it! He assessed the problem with the leak, explained it to me in a way I could understand, and was able to fix that quickly too. Not only did they respond right away and come out within 24 hours of my calling, but the cost was less than was I had expected. I've never had a such a good experience with a plumber. Charles was great to work with and Alex was so respectful and nice (especially to my 75 year old mother who wanted to chat with him the entire time he was working). I am so happy to have found a good and honest plumber. That is certainly rare nowadays. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
