This response from the company is a real joke. The only reason that the company wants to "make…read morenice" is because my problem has been put into words for everyone to see. When this happened I spoke with several customer service people and their only response was literally "too bad". So speaking to another person is not going to change the situation. I will see the contract to completion and never renew with this company. They are crooks as far as I'm concerned. I advise everyone to think twice about selecting this company for their home security. By the way they offer police response to alarms but this is not true; an unarmed security guard responds. A lot of good that would do if armed robbers are stealing your possessions. Once again I could not leave no stars!!

I'm getting caught up on my business reviews and I have to say something about this business…read more Being a contractor, I'm always trying to simplify and speed things up in my life. One of those things was reducing the number of keys hanging from my steering column and belt. A couple years ago while in the area, I stopped in this shop to replace a cracked vehicle key before it broke off. I saw a gold padlock on the counter with a house key in it. "You guys can actually make padlocks that use house and office keys", I asked. It was explained that it is possible. I immediately had some padlocks made for me, drastically reducing the senseless number of keys hanging from my steering column and making a small part of my life far more simple. For me, this was a great idea because I'm the only one working all these locks. For someone else who has a number of people working a bunch of locks, ...maybe give that some security thought. I was very happy with my visits and merchandise. Awesome shop. Incessant Research

My guess is that he needed some additional access into the ceiling, but there's no way it needed to be a six inch hole. I was also charged quite a bit for taking the track lighting down. This charge makes sense, but it should have been told to me on the front end.
