Brian and team at Air Solutions are amazing. They answered a call live late on a Friday (not sent to voicemail) and they were able to fit me in that evening. Their communication was best-in-class with an immediate automated text to confirm the appointment and then a personal text from Brian stating he was on his way--2 hours early. During the service call he was very informative. He thought we have found the issue but to be safe let me know he'd hold another appointment the following day in case his fix wasn't the cause. Good thing as it was actually another issue. I texted and he said he was doing homework that night at home (a brand of boiler he hadn't worked with). Next day he again texted on his way and was 3 hours early. He came armed with several potential causes and sure enough nailed it quickly. Again super informative about the cause and reco'd some needed follow up service to prevent against the same issue in the future. I couldn't be happier. He's a real pro and I'm already looking for other proactive projects for him to tackle. When you find someone in the trades this good and conscientious, hold on to them. He was very friendly and really knew what he was doing. The price was reasonable. The part we needed came with a 2 year warranty. If we ever need service again we will for sure be calling him! One word: Amazing. The incredible communication from start-to-finish was flawless. We recently experienced yet another cold-snap in Milwaukee and our furnace just crapped-out on us. Initially we contacted a technician who came out, who also provided very good service, but couldn't quite figure out the problem after two (yes...two!) mother boards blew! Having incredible integrity, he recommended we get a 2nd opinion. As everyone else does, I immediately jumped on-line and found Air Solutions and after reading their other wonderful reviews, I called. They were able to come out that (Saturday) evening between 5-7P to help. While scheduling, I mentioned that I work from home so I would be there whenever the technician arrived. Great, all booked. Just a little while later I get a call from Brian, he stated that since I was working from home (and likely freezing) he "bumped us up" so he could help us faster, he was on his way! Really? Wow. Our issue was one of those challenging situations that keeps the pro's on their toe's (rhyme not intentional). Brian spent time checking every single function of the furnace, made phone calls directly to the dealer and even went above and beyond further by replacing a couple of other pieces within the unit that needed it. After all of his thoroughness, he identified the real problem - there was too much voltage coming into the house that blew out the system and asked that I call the electric company. After an intensive and argumentative call with their customer service, they finally agreed to come out to look. Guess what, they found that we had a failing transformer in our backyard! GO BRIAN! They worked until close to midnight and repaired the issue. Brian came back with yet another mother board the very next (early) morning, worked his magic and viola, HEAT! From start to finish, the service was phenomenal. From slipping his paper covers over his boots, to communicating with us throughout the process, to explaining and giving visuals of how the furnace works. And check this out folks...he took the time to call our initial technician to let him know the outcome simply because "it's the right thing to do and he would want to know".
