I would recommend Advance Electric to EVERYBODY. I called and they didn't have a female answering phones like the previous 4 places I called before this. And a gentleman named Chris spoke to me and actually asked me about the problems I was having, that too was a plus because the 4 girls from the first 4 other companies were just interested in getting me for my $. Because they charge $350 to $450 for " an emergency call " and all that means is to come to the door. But This man and this company is more interested in having happy customers even if it's in the future, because he helped me over the phone my problem got fixed and now I have time to save up the $ necessary to fix the problem permanently and I'll tell anyone who needs an electrician, save yourself some time and a lot of worry and call Advance Electrical Contractors, big and small, they can do it all for a very fair price. My wife and I sold our house and needed some electrical work done as a result of the home inspection. I found Advance Electrical Contractors online and they had so many wonderful reviews I reached out to Chris the owner with questions about the work I needed done. Chris emailed me back within 24 hours answering all my questions and was able to schedule a time to get the work done that worked best for me. The day of the job Chris called to confirm and told me that one of his electricians would be out in a few hours. A few hours later I received a call from the electrician Cody letting me know he was on his way. When Cody arrived he got right to work and completed the job in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Cody was informative and courteous. Chris runs a solid business and has some great employees. Sam and Matt were the two I worked with and they can do it all! They installed can lights in my living room, moved a chandelier and wired it to dim, installed a light over my patio and outlets outside my house. They work hard and are very efficient so when I decided to finish my basement, I gave them a call. They did all the lighting and wiring including a sauna and exhaust fans. They even swapped out some breakers to bring me up to code. This crew is very professional and will go above and beyond to fix things for you (as the did with my chandelier)! I highly recommend! A tree damaged electrical power to my house. I called and Chris told what I needed to do right away. This was an emergency and I needed to get power back on! The next day Jeff was at my door early in the morning to assess. Then before noon he was working on and in a few hours my power was back! :-) Jeff was very friendly and explained to me all that was done. I engaged Chris Richards and his crew at the 11th hour yesterday, just before this morning's closing on a piece of Whitefish Bay real estate. I needed some repair work on a bathroom heater and if the work didn't get done yesterday, the closing was not going to happen this morning. Great company. Worked closely with Chris on a quote for new LED high bay lighting fixtures and some switching for our newly acquired 40,000 square foot building. I had gotten three quotes for this job and Advanced landed in the middle as far as pricing. He was not he cheapest and not the most expensive but the professionalism that was shown by himself and his employees was worth every penny.
