From the start, her work felt rushed -- she was usually in and out in about 2 to 2.5 hours, skipping over several tasks we had agreed on. When I brought up my concerns, she brushed them off and just said she'd "do better next time," but nothing changed. I decided to end services after the month was up. Because I had to skip one week earlier, I still had two prepaid cleanings left. I told her I'd be ending services but kept things polite and didn't rehash my frustrations. The following week, after learning I wouldn't be continuing, she came and only spent about an hour cleaning my entire house -- which included two bathrooms, a kitchen, three bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. That kind of deep cleaning isn't realistically possible in one hour, and it showed. When I contacted her about it that day which was a Friday, she said she'd get back to me on Monday, and then denied both doing a poor job and leaving early -- even after I showed video proof of her arrival and departure times. And photos of the things she skipped over and did poorly. She also refused to refund the last prepaid cleaning that I no longer want her to do stating she doesn't give refunds for already scheduled cleans even though it says nothing about that in the contract I signed. Things that were said to be done from their website. So I called again. One more time they came out, they got 95% of the house clean. Ill give credit for that. But it took 4 times. They were kind enough to take off a small discount for the trouble, and like I said, they got most of it done. Main reason for my 1 star review is the quote above, said to me on my last call to cancel service. That certainly is not the kind of work ethic I'd hire again. Just cause you wouldn't see it, doesn't mean it doesn't matter. I am paying for a service from your site, I expect it to be done.
