It's unfortunate that the parents below had poor experiences and gave such terrible reviews. In the year that my kids have been going the teachers are the same, and my children have learned a lot. It's a diverse group of kids and teachers which is wonderful. The kids go outside everyday in a nice playground and also go for cute walks along the beach area. It is more affordable (without sacrificing on quality) which is exactly what this area needs. I hope they expand more in the South Shore area. In regards to cleanliness - Bright Horizons wins, but A Child's View is sufficiently clean, as it cleaned and sanitized every night by a professional cleaner.

Since the new management took over, Andrea and Eileen have been incredibly attentive, accommodating, and friendly from day one. Now that my son is 2 years old, he absolutely loves coming here. The staff has always been flexible and supportive, even helping with backup coverage when needed, which has meant so much to our family. I'm especially grateful that my son has Felicia as his teacher--she is truly fantastic. He is clearly loved, well cared for, and always excited to be there. The curriculum and the amount of fun and learning he experiences exceed my expectations. What we didn't know is that The Village School would become the cornerstone of our family life and set the foundation for lasting friendships and connections for our kids and us too. The director and teachers are so devoted and dedicated to getting to know each individual child and meeting them on their unique educational continuum. Even when my daughters were in their first year programs I was blown away at conference time by how the teachers knew and understood their personalities and learning styles so well, despite only spending 2 or 3 mornings together each week. The Village School is truly such a special place, and we could not ask for a better first school experience for our daughters.
