My son just graduated from kindergarten! I am so proud of how great he did and wanted to thank Little Willows for helping with that. He attended Little Willows for preschool and went into kindergarten feeling confident and ready. He knew all his numbers, days of the week, the months of the year, he could write all his numbers and letters and he could write his first/last name (which a lot of the kids in his kindergarten class couldn't do). They also taught him important skills such as being a good friend, standing in line, sharing, waiting your turn (that's a tough one!), listening to and following directions. Kindergarten wasn't all smooth sailing though, at the first parent teacher conference his teacher had concerns about his social behavior. I was very concerned and emailed Little Willows to see if they had any advise. Lisa called me about 20 minutes later. She was so helpful to me and had so much insight on how to help my son get back on track, which he did and at the next conference the teacher said he was doing great. The teachers at Little Willows truly care about the kids and their parents. They understand that all the children have different needs and help each one grow. Little Willows is a wonderful school and we have had such a great experience there! My son is looking forward to going back for the summer program too! read more

I chose this preschool for my child to attend because I immediately liked the teachers as soon as I visited. They were very kind and I loved the way they interacted with the children. I felt they would be very good educators and provide structure to the day as well as lots and lots of fun activities and learning. We have been attending for 5 months now, and we love it there, and plan to stay there for the duration of our preschool journey. I have a pretty reserved child that is supper attached to me, and the teachers (Ms. Lisa, Ms. Anne and Ms. Melissa, have worked to meet our specific needs. I see lots of progress every day (from getting better at drawing, to busting out in songs we learned in school, or to simply saying phrases like, "if you can't do something, Ms. Lisa just says to try it again!" :) I love that the teachers are always positive, and it seems this is something they love to do as opposed to just a "job". They have a lot of experience and I also love that the center is not too big (works well for a more reserved child). They are also very flexible with time/schedules, which I have found hard in other daycares. We are super glad we found them! read more

My son went to Little Willows for 3 years and we miss it so much. I felt like I was dropping my son off with our extended family and felt comfortable with the entire staff. Unfortunately my son struggled with some of his Pre-K work. However, the team developed a plan to work with him and help him meet his academic milestones. I feel my son would have had a lot of trouble in kindergarten if he had not built such a strong foundation at Little Willows. Thanks to the team he was prepared for the challenges of kindergarten. Little Willows also offers a great summer camp that integrated academics into the kids summer fun. My son looked forward to going to camp every day... He is bummed he won't be back this year, and so am I. read more

My daughter is receiving care from little willows since this March, and she loves the daycare a lot. When I pick her up from school, she is always proud of showing her drawings or art craft works. Although it has been only a few months since she started, I can feel that she is getting more independent. She can zip her jacket and put her own clothes and shoes, and she is only 35 months old. They provide outdoor activities twice a day even in winter in their back yard, where there are plenty of toys and even a slide. I am happy with that, because my daughter is tired and can go to bed earlier. Little willow is marvelous; kids can develop their communication skills through morning circle time. read more

My husband and I could not be more happy about Little Willows Preschool! The teachers here are absolutely fantastic! My son has some seperation anxiety and the teachers here are super supportive about that. It's almost the end of the year now and what a difference socially and academically I see in him. The teachers are super supportive and nurturing and provide a clean environment to learn and grow. I can not say enough good things about the Little Willows Preschool! The staff at Little Willows were the first people I left my son in care of other than close family members, a very big step for me, and I have been thankful every day since that we found them. Researching preschools is stressful for new parents and I called/emailed several times during the registration process with questions and everyone was always so helpful and pleasant. This was our daughters first year in school and we could not be happier with the experience. The teachers were very patient and helpful with our daughter who had a tough time transitioning in the beginning. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly, which made me as a Mom, relax! Our daughter always comes home with projects, which is great. A white board is placed in the hall with a re-cap of the day's activities, which I love. This is the best preschool on the South Shore. My daughter is completing her second year at Little Willows. She has grown by leaps and bounds both academically and socially. I would recommend Little Willows to anyone who is looking for a place to send their child for preschool. My daughter has learned so much there in the last 2 years. She is completely prepared for preschool. She can write all of her letters and numbers and is starting to read basic words. The teachers there are absolutely fantastic. Little Willows is a wonderful preschool! It is a very nurturing environment and my daughter has developed social, emotional and academic skills while there. I have never used this preschool for kids of my own, but I want to say that when I stumbled across a picture of the building, I squealed "THAT'S MY PRESCHOOL!" and unlocked a whole bunch of happy memories. My childhood was a rough ride in general, but preschool was one of the smooth parts and I'll always have fond memories of the playground out back. read more

My grandson has gone to Little Willows for the past 2 years and is now off to Kindergaten in the fall. He has learned above and beyond the skills he will need to be prepared for Kindergarten.
