A gentleman came from the drive-thru and asked if I had been helped. I said no, so he went ahead and assisted me with my order. I told him they had forgotten my drink, so he went and made it for me. While he was doing that, another employee was handing off a different order. I asked, "Excuse me, do y'all not have that new drink?" She said they did, but the machine was down. I then asked if she could ring me up for some sauces. She told me to have whoever was getting my drink help me. Once the gentleman brought my drink, I asked him, "Sir, she doesn't want to ring up my sauces. Can you ring them up for me?" Suddenly, she jumped on the register. I'm like... you literally just told me to have him do it. Then she says, "Oh no, I didn't. I didn't know you were ringing up sauces." Like... WTF is wrong with y'all? I hate dumb bitches. Do your job and stop with the antics. Some people don't have the time--or the mood--to deal with unnecessary foolishness when they're simply trying to pick up their food. Hopefully, the food makes up for the experience, because so far, the customer service is already doing way too damn much. And I said f- those sauces. The fries were cold. AGAIN, had front counter not been nasty . I would have took them back in.... But once I'm rude back I don't want you touching my food... couldn't taste if they were seasoned or not. Felt like it had salt on them. They aren't good reheated. So I did not eat them. FIRST TIME VISIT!…read more Woohoo! Been looking for chili cheese fries and happened upon a review for this place boasting fries with a homemade chili so we HAD TO stop in tonight. THE LOCATION: on the very end of a string of businesses in a strip mall that I've never been in before, so that was cool. Lots of parking, that'll never be an issue. And right off the 410. THE MENU: Burgers, dogs, Mexi-style munchies and a variety of frozen dessert-type items like shakes, frozen fruit concoctions and Italian ice. THE STAFF: I wasn't overwhelmed with a warm welcome and smiles, at least from the guys. Lol! They should really work on that. There was a sweet gal who ran out our food orders and she was great. THE FOOD: I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich deluxe with tots and a sweet tea. The grilled chicken was juicy and cooked well and the bun was lovely, slightly sweet and toasted. Overall, the sandwich could've used more flavor, like a creamy bbq spread and cheddar instead of the "Swiss" cheese that tasted more like American cheese. But overall, 7/10. The tots were extra crispy and the guy who took my order didn't take heed to my request for ranch. I was too lazy to get up again so I settled for ketchup. The sweet tea was nicely sweet and fresh, I'll be sipping this in my dreams. The hubby ordered the bacon cheeseburger with chili cheese fries and an Oreo cookie shake. The burger looked good and he ate it quick, so there's that. This guy can EAT so it surprised us both when he slowed down fast after eating that burger. Lol! He kept saying how filling it was, but then he also killed a large shake before the food arrived, so there's that. He ate most of his chili cheese fries, leaving me a few bites to sample. Not bad. I order a Coco Haven frozen dessert to go and omg is this thing delightful! Vanilla ice cream and coconut Italian ice (?) with a blue snow cone-like syrup drizzled throughout. I loved the texture of what I believed to be Italian ice. Smooth and flaky, a perfect icy dessert. OVERALL: decent eatery, the hubby said we can go back (LOL!) Shockerrrrr! But I recommend the staff tries harder to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable. The next visit will be telling.

When I entered, I was greeted with a great beautiful smile from the cashier, as she was taking someone else's order. I looked through the menu as I decided what I wanted, and she told me about the lunch special they had as well. They're a burger joint and the burgers feel like something you'd get at home, and in the best way possible. Everyone, self included, is on a big smash burger kick, and it's nice to get back to a big juicy burger! This one had all the toppins on it and ordered a side of fries. I opted to sit outside, because they have a great patio area, with a stunning view! After the camera took all it's action, I dug right in. Such a great first, second, third and all the other bites!! The burger was juicy and cooked just to my liking! I loved that the bread was toasted on the bottom of the bun, and not just the inside of the bun, it was a beautiful toasty bun!! The fries were more wedge like, and I like that they were coated and had this nice crispy crunch on them. They were piping hot, which is what I love!!! I have loved them ever since I tried them at the local BBQ in Waelder, Texas. Since then I have eaten them whenever I see them on a menu. But, sometimes, I get a craving for them. Today was one of those days. I went on the DoorDash app and did a search on the word tripas. It came up with a plethora of Mexican restaurants in my area. I scrolled through them until I saw the picture for the Super Tripas Plate at Taco 16th Street Northwest. They looked really good, so I decided to take a chance and order them. Thirty minutes later, they were at my door. I was amazed by what I saw when I took the foil off the plate. There was a large pile of tripas topped in a white cheese, an equally large pile of caramelized grilled onions, a small pot of refried beans, a scoop of guacamole, 5 street-sized corn tortillas, and two different containers of salsa. I put a little bit of everything on the tortillas. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the flavors of the two salsas. It was the perfect tripas dinner. I can't wait to tell my son about it and order it again.

I originally asked for Colby Jack cheese, but my sandwich was made with Pepper Jack. When I pointed this out, the employee handed the sandwich to the cook in the back. Instead of remaking it, he removed the two slices of Pepper Jack and placed Colby Jack on the same sandwich, which was disappointing from both a food quality and customer service standpoint. When I received the sandwich back, it was completely cold. I asked for a new sandwich. The first one was thrown away, but when I received the replacement, that sandwich was also cold. When I explained the issue to the manager, Anthony responded with a grin and stated, "The sandwich is not guaranteed to be warm because we are a fast-paced company." I then asked if it could be toasted, and he told me they "can't do that." His tone felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. At that point, I asked for a refund since I was not going to eat a cold sandwich. Anthony chuckled, then asked for my card. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from a manager.
