Then it turned into a Shell station a few years ago, but it still wasn't all that nice. But I was driving by recently and spotted the 7-Eleven logo on the store. I hadn't seen one of those in years and had kind of thought the chain had folded. So I ducked inside to grab a cup of coffee. I noticed that the store is now considerably cleaner than under its previous incarnations. It is staffed with friendly people, and everything is nicely organized. The coffee bar is outstanding, featuring six different blends and a big dispenser for milk and half & half. I particularly appreciate the fact that the foods (sausages, empanadas etc.) are not self-serve, making things a bit more sanitary. This store has gone from a place I avoided to one I will happily visit for my morning coffee. Oh thank heaven for 7-Eleven!

So I'm assuming some customers that go into this location and other QT's that believe that if a governor says we are okay to take away mask it's okay despite what CDC officials have said. Not to get on a soapbox here but after HALF OF A MILLION have died just here in the states to this unknown Pandemic we are dealing with and headed towards 3 MILLION worldwide we can drop our guard all for the sake of the almighty dollar.............Spoke with store manager and corporate office and there was an air of proudness to be able to state we give the young employees the option to wear one or not. The employee gave me the store number and I gave her my personal cell number, she said "this is business... it doesn't working like that, you have to call him he won't call you". It's been a week and still no call...I'm going go back soon to get my $16 I just didn't have the time. I normally get excellent service at QT's . He managed to reduce the price slightly before we explained that we were also planning to get gas with the rest of $20, so we asked if we could just do drinks instead, but Marcus L. took off just a little more from the price so we could get at least 2 gallons of gas to be able to get to my boyfriends interview.
