I ordered two plates - one w/ beef and broccoli and honey sesame chicken with lo mein (somehow there's fried rice in this box) and another with orange chicken w/ half greens and half lo mein. There's not a single piece of beef in that "beef and broccoli" or actually there is NOOO meat or food even in that box period. The orange chicken was disgusting. Greens tasted like they were cooked in salt water. I took one bite of my plate and threw it out. My bf didn't even touch that plate as it looks like someone either ate half of it or they just really were not having it. We did a mobile order and the staff was rude anyways so we didn't check until we got home unfortunately. I had to go in during dinner rush to get an itemized receipt for a catering order and I didn't have the right information that was needed. Jack balanced me being a pain in the ass with working with his team (on 3/20/25 at around 7:30pm) beautifully, used the little information I was getting to find the order and get the receipt, and was still managing drive thru and mobile orders. The bar is pretty low for fast food in general, but Jack and the team that was on with him was quick and helpful and the whole team seemed to be checking in with me to make sure I was being helped. I won't speak for other teams and managers, but they kicked ass for me. Also, I got food during this, and it was really good, as you'd expect from panda. read more

I had nothing but feelings after grumpily agreeing to eat Panda for lunch today. My complaint isn't about the quality of food, which was very tasty, nor was it about the service, which was pleasant. It's about the serving sizes on the bowls. I don't eat a great deal so the bowl is really more than enough for me. But, Panda, REALLY? I completely understand that protein prices have gone up, but a few tiny pieces of meat interspersed among a couple regular-sized pieces on a mountain of white steamed rice is nothing short of highway robbery. It's a complete "poke in the eyes," as my dad would say. If I were paying for just rice, it would cost a lot less and it wouldn't look much different. I don't know what is but we got sick after eating take out at this place. The next day we had lethargy, fever, aches, and I completely lost my appetite. All I wanted to do is sleep. We had the mushroom chicken, fried rice, and sweet fire chicken breast. One of the things I noticed in the drive thru was one of the employees drinking a soda from a cup behind the counter around the food, and they had a dusty box fan on that I guess they were using to keep cool. Panda Express might as well be my one a day vitamin. I am a big fan of this chain and this happens to be my favorite location in the city. The selection is the same as any panda, I am a big fan of their Lo-mein, it's got a unique taste that I can't find anywhere else. The food doesn't taste like it's been sitting there for a while, which is always good. Always get the cheese cream puffs, they go good with all their entrees. I'm not a fan of their egg rolls. Their egg rolls kind of have this odd taste, like a rubber glove, pass on those, but everything else is good. Overall my experience is always great here. Sometimes the staff can seem a little lost at the register when it comes to coupons, but the manager is usually there to help out. Overall 4/5! read more
