I had a very disappointing experience due to the manager's handling of my order. The manager I interacted with was Anthony. I originally asked for Colby Jack cheese, but my sandwich was made with Pepper Jack. When I pointed this out, the employee handed the sandwich to the cook in the back. Instead of remaking it, he removed the two slices of Pepper Jack and placed Colby Jack on the same sandwich, which was disappointing from both a food quality and customer service standpoint. When I received the sandwich back, it was completely cold. I asked for a new sandwich. The first one was thrown away, but when I received the replacement, that sandwich was also cold. When I explained the issue to the manager, Anthony responded with a grin and stated, "The sandwich is not guaranteed to be warm because we are a fast-paced company." I then asked if it could be toasted, and he told me they "can't do that." His tone felt dismissive rather than solution-focused. At that point, I asked for a refund since I was not going to eat a cold sandwich. Anthony chuckled, then asked for my card. The interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from a manager. Chick-fil-A's mission states that the company strives "to glorify God by being a faithful steward and having a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that mission. I eat Chick-fil-A 3 to 4 times a week... This week I stopped at a different location and I got into the far left lane as I usually do... but then I happens to notice that the two carhops taking orders were ignoring me and taking all of the cars on the right side. I had to flag the lady down and ask her why she wasn't taking my order and she told me that I was in the mobile lane and proceeds to tell me that I'm gonna have to wait behind the other five people in front of me while they get their orders and then I have to circle back around and get in the right lane to order my two drinks and a chicken noodle soup..... there's menu options on both sides and she had the keypad in her hand and there was nobody else in line behind me, she could've easily took in my order. so after waiting for the five cars in front of me to get their order I get to the window and I explained to the manager what happened. The impression I got is that he was really busy, understaffed and didn't have time to listen to me. His solution was pull around to the front and I'll send somebody out there to take your order. ... so I drive back around front and I sit there and wait, and I wait. I get frustrated and get out of the car and I have to walk inside and stand in line behind two other people just to order my two drinks and a chicken soup... The manager saw me and made eye contact with me but didn't even approach me. I made my order and sat there and waited for my two drinks and chicken noodle soup inside like everybody else after waiting in the drive-through line. The manager seemed like he was really busy and not very well-versed on problem-solving and handling simple problems situations on the spot and keep a happy customer. But instead here I am writing this one star review. I go to Chick-fil-A all the time and they always have two lanes open I've never been the one where only one lane is for mobile orders and the other is for drive-through orders. They both have the menu options on both sides that makes no sense. There's no sign either. I mean don't get me wrong, I love me some gwavy, ketchup, even a little mussy at times, but nothing beats Chick-fil-A sauce for me. I know when most people come here, they are getting nugs or a chicken sandwich... people don't sleep on da tendies! Bweaded to perfection, nice cwisp, and so succulent when dipped into some sauce. I be gargling down sauce. And that's where the great customer service comes in. They don't bat an eye when I be asking for 10 sauces, they just be hustlin up in there. They know how I be getting down with my tendies so no questions asked. I'm normally a cwinkle fwy kinda guy but I make the exception for the waffle fwies. And the little dipping packets of ketchup... genius! Allows me to be just be grippin and dippin! One hand with my tendie and some sauce, and fries and ketchy in the other. This is the closest Chick-fil-A to my home and while I come here a lot, I'm just not feeling the love. I ordered breakfast for my family and I and the breakfast biscuits were falling apart before we could pick them up. Maybe it was a bad day for the cook. The next time, same thing but the biscuit looked uncooked. I'm an app user, so I love to order on the app and drive by and boom! my food is ready. They are super on the ball and accurate. However, I would like my biscuits fully cooked please. :) What was really nice was, the manager would every now and then throw us something special for being an app user and frequent customer, but not so much anymore. I still get my rewards from my purchases, but it's nice to be appreciated by the manager. Not only that, but other CFA restaurants are offering free store delivery (I.e. Alamo Ranch location). While I highly recommend chick fil A...I was very disappointed today going through the drive thru. Ordered a 5 count and a 12 count nugget and upgraded to large fries. I asked for 2 extra chickfila sauce, 1 ketchup and 1 mayo. She gave me all except 1 mayo pack. When i asked for the 1 extra mayo pack she refused. I usually really love my experience at Chick-fil-A. I've been coming to Chick-fil-A since I am in high school and now I am in my mid 20s going onto my 30s. I've always remember Chick-fil-A and have known Chick-fil-A for being this fun joyous experience where people love working and I've never had issues at Chick-fil-A. That's why it's just one of my favorite fast food restaurants The only thing is at this location. Kind of ruined it for me. The older lady Ruth was very rude to me. I got an eight piece count of Chick-fil-A nuggets and she gave me two sauces. It was a meal too so it had fries. I asked her if I could get two more and she said no so I asked her if I can buy it and she also said no afterwards she said that it was company policy that she could only give me two sauces, so I've never heard of this company policy and I really try to be understanding and nice, but this was really upsetting for me. I didn't even enjoy my food. I still come to the Chick-fil-A and when I see her it just feels ugly because every time I ask her for so she always says no and this is the closest Chick-fil-A to me, so I just don't understand why, also some of the other workers are doing a great amazing job. I don't think that Chick-fil-A and itself is bad. I just think that some of the workers really need to be like maybe have a ation or some type of meeting letting them know this is what Chick-fil-A stands for because I'm pretty sure that lady's been working there for a while and that's why she feels entitled, come here with my classmates for lunch sometimes and we've never had a problem. Chick Fila tends to give back and there free breakfast has been going on since 2018 from my experience. Pretty simple. Download the app, earn rewards get free food! Nothing better. Chick-Fila offered free breakfast the entire month of September. Options to choose between included a chicken biscuit, egg white grill, 4 count mini or sausage/chicken scramble bowl. I have tried all the freebies and they are super good. Rewards are a one time use but renews each Monday during active month. Stay on the lookout for there free breakfast it happens all month when it's in effect. I rate Chick Fila 5 out 5 stars, one of my top 5 fast food restaurants hands down. read more

I am a huge chick fil a customer I have it almost every morning I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at any location I've ever been too. But I come to pick up breakfast through the drive-thru and get the worst service from a Sabrina over the speaker. She is taking my order but talking to someone else in the background about needing a chicken bowl clearly if you're not ready to take my order ask me to hold so I don't have to repeat myself three times and ask you to repeat my order back to me cause I don't believe you got it right and sure enough it was wrong. I went to this location and ordered from the drive thru an 8 piece nuggets with a large mac-n-cheese and when I drove up for my food they didn't have my Mac-n-cheese but rather a large fries. Waiting in Drive Thru Line to get to Curbside Parking... Hurt my heart to give this place 4 stars. It is common knowledge that most of the Chick fil A locations are busy during lunch hours with long drive thru lines. Eventhough the lines move quickly, some of us choose to pick up our food curbside. It becomes frustrating when you have to partially wait in the drive thru line just to get in the parking lot to park in a curbside spot. There are instances, if you feel brave, to bypass the drive thru line and squeeze into the parking lot. But I wouldn't advise it. So this is why 4 not 5 stars. Food: I had pretty low expectations of this place in terms of offering vegetarian-friendly items other than their beverages or side items. After looking them up online, I learned about their Spicy Southwest Salad. I decided to order this salad, base-style (without chicken) and without cheese. So far I have visited this location thrice and really enjoyed this salad. The beans, corn, and onions added a flavorful touch to the greens. The dressing I ordered (chili-lime) and the pepitas also added a nice flavor and crunch/added fiber to the salad. I did not use the tortilla strips that were also provided with the meal. In any case, I will keep ordering this salad every time I end up coming here. Price: The original price of the Spicy Southwest Salad was reduced for my order as I had customized it to be without the grilled chicken. I really appreciated that they themselves adjusted the price accordingly (as they have a base salad option, that is, without the chicken), as I have not encountered this at a lot of places. I definitely did not expect a fast-food style joint (of higher quality, but still) to take this into consideration. Service: Fairly decent, they bring your food to you at your table. They are quite accommodating in making customizations to existing menu items, too. The people taking my order never gave me a funny look when I ordered (given the adjustments I made), so I felt quite comfortable here in spite of the place focusing primary on chicken. Cleanliness: Eating areas and bathrooms are quite clean. Ambience: Nothing fancy, but one can hardly expect that from a higher quality fast-food type place. This biscuit is insanely good! It's buttery and flaky! The chicken is the perfect size and it's the same delicious chicken you can get during lunch time.
