One star cause I can't give it a no star review. The service was terrible, the food tasted old and burnt. The place was so dirty including the floor full of food and trash. The seats are sticky and the tables dirty. The soup bar was so nasty, with what it looks like mold growing on the white rice pot.

Got out of work today, I had been craving some Chinese. Looked up Wok Inn, says they were open til 10pm. Went online placed my order, drove over. Walked in thru the take out door, told the young lady I was there to pick up an online order, gave her my name & handed me my order. Bam! That easy, food was still hot & delicious. I overlooked the online coupons which I could've used, guess I was just too hungry. Anyhow, food was great, a tad bit salty, but I still ate it all. Didnt help that I drowned my rice in soy sauce either.

Staff is really rude even through the drive thru. Asking a question is an inconvenience to them.

It was the in between time of late lunch 2:30-3pm so we thought we would miss the Sunday afternoon church rush. The parking lot and restaurant was full but didn't let it scare us. Only had to wait 5 mins. Don't let the full restaurant fool you. The wait staff checks in often and moves tables very fast. Pro tip- you can hang outside and check out the koi fish in the pond to kill some time Sat down and drinks came out fast ordered dim sum which came out in the cute steam baskets first. Shrimp Shumai and pork bao buns were so good. My kids asked for seconds We also ordered the sweet and sour chicken, spicy eggplant/tofu, shrimp& broccoli and the combination fried rice. Everything was perfectly seasoned with the exception of the sweet and sour chicken. It was very bland. Next time I want to order the orange peel chicken instead. Looked good and now we know! So much food we'll have leftovers for a few days. Score!

My daughter and I cannot recommend this restaurant. It was better 15 years ago…read more It is too westernize now; meaning the food is more cater/made for western taste. When you walk in up to the restaurant, the view of ponds with large koi fish was very welcoming, however as soon as you open the door/walk in...it's a chaos of sports on tv and western music that will burst your burst your tranquility from the front of the restaurant. The restaurant was busy since it was lunch. We were seated right away. However it took the waitress a few before knowledge our small table. The waitress was in a hurry and look like she already had a bad day. She asked quickly what we would like the drink and we said water and hot tea but ask what type of tea they have? She mumble something I could not understand. So my daughter ask for green tea. We started off with appetizer as usual. Shrimp toast, chicken wrap, Asian bbq ribs then a cup of hot & sour soup. Main dish were Moo Shu Pork and Mongolian beef. Soup came out first...it was lukewarm. Cup was hot but soup was lukewarm. It was vinegary and salty. This is the first time I had seen/tasted imitation crab meat in a hot and sour soup. I'd flag the waitress down to let her know the soup was cold and if she can bring me another or warm it up for me. She gave me an annoying look and took the soup back to the kitchen. The Asian bbq ribs come out then the shrimp toast a few minutes later. The shrimp toast looks appealing. The shrimp were whole shrimp on top of bread, fried bread. It was ok...no real taste and a bit greasy. There were too much honey and chewy/tough for the Asian ribs. My soup comes back hot to touch... which means it was microwave...but not an issues; what was is ...it was still lukewarm soup. I try to finish it but couldn't. Soup needs to be hot; especially hot & sour soup. The chicken lettuce wrap was delivered. It was again salty; no real taste, except for the salt. A lot of mushrooms over powering the this dish. Keep in mind we had a small table and dishes are pilling up. It took a few before anyone came to pickup the plates. Half way through our appetizer, the waitress dropped off Togo boxes with a bag right after the chicken wrap was dropped off.... Staying it's for later. So we went ahead and packup the appetizers into the Togo boxes to make room. The main dishes came out about 10 minutes later. My daughter was very surprised by her Mongolian beef. It looks more like pepper steak then Mongolian beef. Most Mongolian beef are cook with green onions, yellow onion, garlic, sesame seeds and large slices of beef...some with a little sauce other dry so this is a the first for us to see a Mongolian beef looks like that. It was again too salty. There was more bell pepper than beef. The beef was slice small. The moo shu pork come out already wrap?? Which confuse me. Most of the time the thin rice pancake is on the side and moo shu pork is a little sweet and savory that comes with plum sauce so you can spread as little or lot of plum sauce into the rice pancake then top it off with moo shu pork. Since it was all roll up...it was very messy trying to pull it open to put the plum sauce. The dish lack favors...it had a char like taste. Usually moo shu pork is very flavorful and fill with flavorful juice from the ingredients like cabbages, bamboo, onion, mushrooms and eggs. There was no favor except a char taste. I have eaten here before a long time ago and it's definitely not the same taste/food and experience. We pack the food home so we can get a second opinion from other family members and the results were the same. I would never recommend for anyone looking for Asian cuisine. But if you like America/Asian cuisine/atmosphere then this is a place for you.

However had never tried it in "tofu form", and not going to lie, this was the one item that caught me and lured me in lol Ended up ordering via Uber Eats because they don't deliver, only via the food delivery apps. The order came 10 minutes earlier than the earliest projected delivery time window!! from having placed the order, to me chomping away on my couch was a total of 25 mins.. which wasn't bad! The food arrived properly and securely packaged, and nice and hot too! Flavor on the Pad Thai is on point! I only would've liked for it be be a tad bit "saucier", but the flavor was there. Tried some of the Orange Tofu and it was tasty!! Wish it brought more sauce, and maybe that it was thickened with cornmeal (?) as it was a bit runny and would've loved for it to be "sticky".. but again, the flavors were on point! Next opportunity for sure will go on site, to check out the ambiance and try other dishes too! Do recommend! :)

She was rude, dismissive, and honestly a total embarrassment to what is otherwise a great Vietnamese restaurant. Because of that we totally avoided this place for a long time. Thanks to our recent visits to Teso Life nearby (otherwise we probably wouldn't have), we finally decided to give Pho Hung Chong another chance after many years. I'm happy to say it was worth it. The food is still as good as we remembered. Everything we ordered was delicious and satisfying. My cousin, aunt, and uncle shared the Banh Cuon, and the portion was so generous they even took leftovers home. We also ordered Lemon Fish, Corn Soup, Pho Dac Biet, and Com Ga Roti--all flavorful, filling and comforting. What really stood out this time was the service. The servers and waitstaff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to serve us. The difference was night and day compared to our past experience. Since we stopped dining at Pho Win nearby for bad customer service experience, coming back to Pho Hung Chong will definitely be a regular thing for us whenever we're craving Pho of other Vietnamese favorites. Glad we gave this place another chance.
