From left, basil rice with beef, fried dumplings, pad see ew with tofu... Plus a pond of Sriracha.

We came to visit just a few days after they opened. The restaurant is very small and the crowd was very large. There was very limited seating plus the order line runs through the center of the business. They seemed to be working out the wrinkles. A sign directs customers to order before sitting. I believe the order window was also supposed to be the pick up window, as you are given a beeper to notify when the food is ready. However, I think because the line was constant they had someone running the food out. Anyway, at the last minute, we changed our order to take it to go because it just felt too cramped in there. The food was delicious! We ordered the pad see ew with tofu, the fried dumplings, and the basil fried rice. The dumplings were incredible. A tiny, perfect package of flavor. The noodle were super flavorful and tossed with crispy veggies and tofu. The tofu was perfectly crispy and honestly I couldn't get enough. I will definitely come back for the tofu options. I wasn't a huge fan of the rice, but it was very flavorful. There was just not enough contrast in textures for me. I'm absolutely coming back for more!

The food was very good! I love that they offer a range of "spice". They have a tiny parking lot which filled up fast at dinner time. The seating area was a closed in patio. No Ac, which was fine when I went but might be uncomfortable during the summer. Might just have to do Togo. I got the Chicken Pad Thai. I'm alway hesitant about how peanuty Pad Thai will be, but there's was perfect. I got 0 spice but they offer a range of spice.

Love this local spot in the neighborhood. The space is small, with limited indoor seating. The food is delicious and freshly made every time I go. I've never had an issue with an in-person or online order either, thank goodness. The menu has been revamp a couple of times and new items were added each time. The basil fried rice is always my fav. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. IMO the heat options are spicier than other Thai places I've tried, but I'm not complaining. Just keep that in mind when ordering and selecting your spice level. All drinks, except for the Thai teas, are bottles for purchase. I really wish they would have a free water station as an option. Hoping this is something they will consider. Also, consider the time of day when sitting near the non-tinted windows since the sun can get pretty intense.

New Thai food restaurant, just want San Antonio needed!! I got the Punang Curry with chicken and it was amazing. The flavor is so good, I got it spicy and it was the perfect amount of heat. Really large portion too. The protein is not included in the price and I didn't see where menu listed price of each protein so I would recommend that they add the pricing to be more transparent. (My bill was a little pricier than expected) The rice it came with didn't seem fresh, it wasn't bad, but just didn't seem like fresh rice to me. I wish there was a larger portion of rice to go with curry because they give you so much (enough to have a little leftovers). I also got spicy edamame and it wasn't quite what I expected. It was more lightly seasoned with pepper flakes, but I usually prefer the kind that comes coated in a spicy garlic or chili sauce. There's a lot of other things on the menu that'd I'd like to try like their wings, but if nothing else, I'd come back for the curry! San Antonio doesn't have many Thai options, so I think overall this is a solid place. Very kind and friendly service! Limited seating inside - order and take a seat with buzzer kind of place. I think most people take their orders to go. Would recommend!

Moo Deng was so nice, clean, very pleaseant atmosphere. I ordered the Pad Thai at the spiciest level and it easily was the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot). The owner told me it was her authentic personal recipe, and both she and the staff were very kind and eager to serve. The Pad Thai was so well dressed and the chicken and tofu were cooked nicely, and the spice level (Thai Hot) was flavorful beyond my expectation. It came with peanuts, bean sprouts, and a lime wedge! Needless to say I demolished my entire plate. I will definitely be coming to Moo Deng often, and so will my family. We left with more Pad Thai to go for my dad!

The food is delicious! Pad Thai, cheese rolls, and fried rice was 10/10 Friendly staff

Please update your hours. I was charged for the food I ordered just to show up and no one was working.

I had no idea there was so much Thai food in San Antonio but I happened to stumble upon this…read morespecific restaurant because of Google Gemini. Because I am on a work trip, I did not have to worry about pricing, but I did think that, although it is the standard, this meal was pretty expensive. It was over $33 but I did add a fried egg and extra chicken. I ordered the Krapo with medium spice and it was perfectly spicy. There was a perfect amount of Thai basil in the dish and it was wet enough for the rice to be a perfect addition. The bell peppers and the onions were absolutely spectacular. Now for the Boba. I ordered a combination of coconut, kiwi and watermelon. I also made sure that I subbed out the milk for coconut water as I cannot tolerate dairy. This Boba smoothie might be the best Boba I have ever had. I will say that the lid is kind of confusing because I do not know if the Thai restaurant makes it or if it is a neighboring restaurant. Regardless, I would be back just for this eight dollar Boba. Upon arriving to the restaurant, there was limited parking and inside it was super crowded. Obviously this is a popular spot and a lot of people ordered delivery through apps. It was kind of chaotic when picking up, but it was absolutely worth it. The restaurant was dark, but it did seem clean. My only grip here is that they must've been so rushed that they did not give me silverware or napkins. I had to beg my hotel to accommodate me.
