Worst customer service I have experienced the the past 25+ years. My care team ordered a replacement control pennant for my hospital bad 7 months, yes months, ago. I am still waiting. They have one excuse after another for why I don't have it. "We're waiting for the part." "We need your insurance information for a preauth." "We need an order from your doctor." "We need a signed order from your doctor." During this entire time Corner Stone Medical has never reached out to me or my physician. My impression is that they could care less if your needs are met or not, and if they get your business or not. read more

This company should not be trusted with care of the vulnerable. They refused to send CPAP supplies that were prescribed and paid for by insurance because of a "past-due" bill that they neglected to send until three months after the service was provided. The reason was because I "might not pay". read more

The supervisor checked me out and was polite, swift and courteous, and got me enrolled in a new extra care card for discounts. Also good bing 4/5 stars bc their magazine selection was pretty spare and some of the issues were from April! (Probably an oversight by the stocker.)

They might not have as many books as a Barnes and nobles but they have staff that can help you order books you want. The display were very cute and in their selections I found j book I never heard of but definitely will be reading. Actually I started it then stopped because I am reading another book on my kindle and listening to another on my audibles. They also have several small trinkets. I could spend a long time in here . The books aren't going to have that massive sales price but seriously these small bookstores are gems. We would be supporting them because they feel more like a cozy shop than a huge corporation.
