Yesterday I was delivered what was obviously someone else's order. Mistakes happen. What really…read moreupset me was the lack of a method to immediately report the error to the store. There should be an option to check a box that says "wrong order received", and a way for them to immediately fix it. Instead, I was jacked around the website, trying to figure out how to report, then ended up going through item by item to report it as missing. Then I still had to call a 1-800 number for a full refund. No option whatsoever-even after calling- to have the correct order re-delivered. To top it off, I am expected to take care of the food that was wrongly delivered to me, and they made it sound like it was a free gift. It's nothing I will eat and is taking up all my freezer space. Feel bad for that party as well, as they were obviously trying to feed their family with kids. Like I said, mistakes can happen, but the total lack of care to do anything to quickly resolve it, is really disappointing.

I said "are you serious?" And she said "yes" when I asked her why she said that they do it "during the holiday season" I told her absolutely not and I went out to my car and took my cards out and left my purse in my car. WHO on earth would feel comfortable leaving their belongings (money especially) behind a counter with cashiers they don't know/trust. Also, I've NEVER heard of any stores doing this. When walking around Walgreens to get my items, there were a few other women in there that had their purses. Absolutely unacceptable.

This is the newest Walgreens in the Duluth area and yet it consistently is the dirtiest when I find…read moremyself stopping here. I am generally a Walgreens loyalist and use the location on Miller Trunk Highway very frequently, but for some reason, this location always feels neglected. From the outside the building looks great, but once inside it's common to see dirty floors or an unclean restroom. I also feel like the product selection is not as good as the Miller Trunk location. I am sure that I will find myself at this location again sometime and hope that steps have been taken to bring it all up to par for Walgreens! Cheers!

Different name brands are associated with Sam's Club then you will find at the other company, and I'm not complaining.
